Draft sample at the MTS Centre before a Jets game. Pale amber in colour with strong carbonation. Muted aroma of pale malt, caramel, and wet stones. Bland but fairly clean flavors of butter caramel and minerals dominate. Thin bodied. Barely better than your typical Canadian macro.

On tap at Moxie’s Kitchener - I was told it’s contract brewed by Sleeman in this region - taps a clear amber-gold ...small white cap reduces quickly... aroma is much like most commercial premium LME brews - frail aromas of grains, maltose/dextrose sweetness, some mustiness...light watery body... flavor is malt forward, sweet, little hop balance....fast liquid finish...nothing really outstanding here a forgettable brew.

Happy to try a restaurant-special beer. Good beer, slightly above average. Worth it with a good meal.

[6351-20140529] Tap. Malty bread aroma. Clear, red brown body with a long-lasting foamy off-white head. Sweet yeasty malt continues in the flavour with a lingering aftertaste. Medium body. Average. (6/3/7/3/13) 3.2

On tap at Moxie's (shudder). Slightly better than expected though. Pretty classic amber with caramel malt notes and some light citrus hops. Mostly average mouthfeel with a little too much carbonation. Very drinkable and tastes fine. Just a boring amber.

Pours a clear amber color with a decent white head and some lacing. Aroma of caramel, some nuttiness and grain. Taste was caramel, nut, moderate amount of malts with some light hopping on the finish. Nice easy drinking beer.

draught. Amber colour, little foamy head. Aroma of caramel malts, orange. Taste is thin, light, overly sweet. Not very good.

14oz draft at Moxies. Clear filtered, moderate head, good amber colour. Weak aroma, but nice. Taste was sweet malts. Body a bit thin. Overall, fairly generic and inoffensive. I liked the Big Life Euro Lager more. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pint on tap at Moxie’s was pale amber in color with moderate white head and thin lacing. Aromas of grains and light caramel. Taste is light malty sweetness and some mild hopping in the finish. Nice carbonation and light to medium body give a nice mouthfeel. A decent beer for the style.
