Our Moylander Double IPA is fat and resiny, with aggressive and excessive hops swinging on an enormous malt backbone like naughty monkeys on a vine. Double malt, double hops - do the math, it's academic.

Nice coppery amber color with just a little bit of head that sticks around as a spotty film. A decent fruity and bitter aroma. At first the taste is a mellow IPA but quickly turns into a great bitter flavor. This lasts on the palate for quite a while after the beer is finished. a great beer for the price.

Bomber - interesting pour...it nearly blew the cap off as I pryed it open and spewed beer. Cloudy orangey gold with a very soapy almost yellow head. Big aroma of citrus and pine hops with a sweet syrupy malt body. Over carbonated. Good flavors...bitter hops, citrus pith, pine needle, caramel syrup, grapefruit and long bitter herbal finish.

Bottle from Brewers Haven. Orange/ golden body with small soapy head. Appealing aroma leaning more on the hops, but also featuring a robust malt bill. Taste comes into full bloom with the hops, not overdone, but with a nice resinous flavor that lasts from start to finish. Balanced and delicious, slick, taste lingers.

On tap @ the brewpub during RateBeer weekend. Golden yellow appearance with a thick white head. Toast, pine, lemon, and pinesol in the aroma. High bitterness and moderately high sweetness. Dough / cracker / bread flavor with bland bitterness. Another miss.

Keg at the brewpub, 01/02/16. Clear golden orange with a decent off White covering. Nose is pine needle, bitter orange, grapefruit. Taste comprised caramel malt, orange pith, pine, light bread strokes, grapefruit. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Decent enough DIPA. The over carbonation knocked a few marks off for me.
