Clear amber with a fluffy cream colored head. Solid lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, pine, florals, and bready malt. The taste is pretty bitter and a little fruity, but lacks depth and balance. Medium bodied, clean, and a little dry. Bartzilla (622) - La Mesa, California, USA - APR 11, 2012
Bomber. Tasty and lingering hops. Not too bold. Pretty delicious. Tastes like bongwater should taste. mar (5406) - Dallas, Texas, USA - APR 10, 2012
crisp gold pour with a white head. nose is pine, grapefruit, melons, and sticky. very smooth on the palate, sticky sweet hops, followed by passion fruit, and a nice finish. Holy (837) - GERMANY - APR 4, 2012
Bottle in Seattle. Pretty thick mouth feel, slight caramel with massive bitter, esp in the aftertaste. sodakotakid (230) - Belle Fourche, South Dakota, USA - MAR 19, 2012
Pour a light redish orange with very little head. This beer has a strong bitter hoppyness, piney and grapefruit like. Very bitter after taste.

Savannah, Ga - Habersham Beverage Warehouse - 22 oz bomber. Pours a murky dark orange with a way too fluffy off white head - takes a few minutes for it to settle down and it foams out of the bottle. Spruce like aroma with hints of fresh mowed grass. Very bitter flavor - almost tongue numbing without a lot of malt balance. Loads of grapefruit citrus notes. Very one-dimensional. Mouthfeel is slightly harsh. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - MAR 3, 2012
On tap; pored an orange and amber with an off white head. Aroma of orange, earth and caramel; a bit faint. Flavor was solid, a bit subdued, but I just had a double ipa. Solid troopie (2320) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - FEB 28, 2012
Draught. Orangish pour with thick white head, much lacing. Pleasant aroma that I call soapy, tho’ it is nothing like actual soap, mix of citrus and tree. Full bodied, sprucy and piney with citrus. Hoppy without being overwhelming. Longlasting hop finish Suttree (6358) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - FEB 18, 2012
Another one of those "wait, I haven’t rated this?" beers. At any rate, pretty simple and tasty. Lots o pine, caramel, and pine. Plus some pine. Long , sticky finish. Will drink again... Dixonian (1562) - Plano, Texas, USA - FEB 8, 2012
Clear orange pour. Aromas of pine and resin - quite dank. Lots of spicy hops in the flavor with a good amount of grapefruit and caramel malt.
