Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2015, National Winter Ales Festival (2015), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE.
[ As Mr Grundy’s Golden Dawn ].
Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, vomit, sewer. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity, nectar, minerals, sweet malt, fruity sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
Cask. Aroma mildly grassy and floral. Pours yellow gold with white lace top. Tastes softly of hop fruits with biscuity notes. And a resinous palate. I prefer a crisp clean finish. With stronger flavours so it understated its purpose Finn (7547) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 1, 2016
Fra fat på Mr. Grundy’s i Derby 16 Feb 16. Delt med Rune. Gylden. Nesten ikke skum. Lett metallisk aroma. Smaken det samme. 0 variasjon. Rune (12814) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAR 1, 2016
One-third pint, cask at Mr Grundy’s. Near clear amber-gold body. Mostly naked at the top. Lemony hops and apricot on the nose. Restrained fruity flavours of peach and apricot with slightly grapefruit bitterness to the ending. So and so (Derby 16.02.2016).

On gravity at the Volunteer, Bristol 30/6/2012. Deep gold in colour with a slight white head. Light, grapefruit and lemon aroma. Flavour had more fruit, some solid malts and a dryish finish. Fine. DruncanVeasey (8226) - NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - APR 15, 2012
Cask handpull, The Shoes, Nuneaton, 15/04/12. Brassy gold lining the glass with lace. Soft shrub and lemony, sulphur hints aroma. Northern stone, licked slate, vanilla maltiness beneath light grass and lemon. Very soft, understated. And good.
