Cask @ King’s Head, Huddersfield. Clear golden with a creamy head. Hoppy session ale, very palatable, very easy-drinking.

Cask, 1/2 pint, hand-pulled at Bon Accord, Glasgow (11 Jun 2016), weak malty aroma, golden with a good lasting off-white head and sparse lacing, oaty, grain, fruity flavour, creamy, good carbonation.

Clear amber beer. Barely any aroma. There’s not a lot of taste either. Bit of malt, light fruit. Not much though and little aftertaste. Just...... weak.

Pint at the new Split Chimp Newcastle. Clear gold with a dense white head. Floral, honey, cat pee aroma. Similar flavours with grapefruit over a nutty malt base. Bitter finish. Fresh light palate. Perfectly acceptable quaffer.

Cask at the Brewhouse, Sheffield. Light brown, pretty much clear with tight white head. Very little Roma: a bit of tea, cereal and biscuit, but it is very muted. Taste is basic bittersweet with a slight increase of bitterness in the finish. Almost comp,Ethel’s devoid of personality, but it’s a decent enough drink in its own way.

3.2
niquillis (2752) - Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 5, 2015
Cask at New Inn, Shardlow. Pours golden with white head. Quite a light hoppy golden session. Refreshing.

Cask at The Merchants, Rugby. Poured a rich Golden with small white head than dissipated quickly, Strong Citrus notes and a hint of lime, Plesant and very drinkable.

3.3
Garrold (5606) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 18, 2014
Cask at Trip to Jerusalem, Nottingham. Clear gold. White head. Green hop. Apple. Light bready. Taste is dry and light bitter. Sharp palate. Not memorable.

4.4% Cask gravity at Red Lion Snargate. Ok slightly acetic bitter. Its not a great beer some hop sting on end. Finishes better than it starts.

Cask conditioned gravity dispense Olde England Northampton 05/06/13. An orange gold coloured beer which poured with no head. Quite hoppy. Bitter oranges. On the sharp side. A bit of glue to worry. Showing good signs but not all right.
