Pours a hazy orange color. Thinnest of white heads. And orange hop aroma with some sweet malt mixed in. Earthy hop flavor. Some sweet maltyness with balanced bitterness.

12oz bottle pours a hazy amber with some creamy, white head. Nose has plenty of caramel, some malt, a little resin, then pine, soap, herbs. Flavor is sticky with pine and soap, lemon, grapefruit, some honey, some caramel. Chewy, full bodied finish.

12 oz. bottle from Jungle Jims International Market, Fairfield, OH. Dark orange pour with a creamy and frothy off-white head. Aroma of tangerine, grapefruit, and caramel malt. Bitter but nearly balanced taste of citrus and piney hops with sweet toffee and caramel. Mild lingering bitterness. Tasty beer.

rondphoto (4370) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - OCT 30, 2015
bottle @ Jungle Jims / Eastgate OH --- Clear dark amber color, long-lasting three-finger off-white head, bands of lace. Aroma of sweet malt and citrus. Taste is caramel malt that is joined on the swallow by medium carbonation and plenty of citrus hops. All of it moves smoothly (and I do mean smoothly) to a shared finish that lingers for a long time. Big, complex, well-balanced, and satisfying.

Bottle from Petey Completey who hails from Tahiti (or something). Pours a hazy burnt orange with white head. Excellent lacing as I finish this, my 10th beer of the year. Strong citrus taste and nose. Slightly boozy. Good beer. Not great.

Dogbrick (12727) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 20, 2015
Sample at BW3 as part of Ohio Brew Week. The beer pours a slightly murky orange color with a medium thick off-white head that recedes gradually. Partial rings of lacing. Piney hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of resiny hops, tropical fruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a fruity hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle. Poured dark gold with a nice head. Aromas of pine, mango, sweet malt and some resin. Taste nice bitter up front, initial resin, pine, and aromatic hop. Mid palate sweet. Nice lingering bitter finish. Alcohol was hidden well but Im glad I felt it after cutting tree roots in my yard last night.

This is a big burly IPA with a whole lot of hop firepower. Drink this guy last in the flight.

Draft pour into a pint glass. The beer is a clear copper color with a white head of foam. The aroma is grapefruit and pine juice with a pretty dry, tea-like note. Mostly bitter and floral beer. Bigger body and medium carbonation.

Hazy orange color with small off-white head and nice lacing. Aroma has rich piney hops. Flavor is very bitter and piney with some malts, and dirty earthy flavors. A bit astringent, and some alcohol notes. Okay
