Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, off-white head. Pale malts and fruity hops in the aroma, some grass and pine cones. As the aroma, also the flavor is quite uninteresting. Not foul in any way. just boring. Pale malts, grassy and lightly piney hops and a little bitterness. Medium body. A decent one, but too boring for my likings. 111126 chrisv10 (18506) - DENMARK - NOV 26, 2011

(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden coloured effervescent hue with a big and dense foamy white head. Sweet pale malty and slightly draffy aroma with delicately citrus-fruity and spicy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to almost medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Well-rounded pale malt-character with herbal spicy and subtle fruity hops; bitter and dry finish with a pleasant herbal hoppy tail. Aromatic and balanced Pilsener (20.VIII.09). Embrouille (2854) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 12, 2009
Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. It pours a clear pale golden beer with a smallish white head. Impressive, deeply inviting and very interesting nose. A lot of hops, coconut, gooseberries, wild strawberries and sweat accompanied by some lactic, sour and faintly salty components. Good bitterness in the taste. Not much lacework. Extremely pleasant and wonderful in every way. Fantastic mouthfeel. Slightly salty. Creamy, good carbonation. Subtle. Great hop profile. Reminiscent of gooseberries, pineapple, clotted cream, grapefruit, lemon peel, licorice and melissa. Dry hoppy finish which is sublime. A perfect Classic German Pilsener. I wasn’t expecting this beer to be this good. I reveled in every sip. Thanks a lot Quack-Duck for this mindblowingly good beer! Quack-Duck (9533) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 14, 2007
bottle, 0.33l. Golden yellow, clear, medium-sized persistent head. Hoppy nose. Quite hoppy flavour for a Bavarian Pils, dry mouthfeel, pleasantly bitter. Malty background. Hints of grain. Long and hoppy finish.
