COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

(Muifelbrouwerij D’n Ossekop) Tap at NBF 2016 Mostly clear pale orange coloured beer with a decent sized white head on top, thick enough and with oaky retention. Aroma of malts, straw, faint fruity notes, cardboard. Taste is nothing special, malts, vegetables, mostly sweet with hints of alcohol. Medium thin body, okay carbonation. Mediocre beer.

Bottle 33cl. Poured into shaker. Murky light amber brown, tall foamy off-white head, mostly diminishing, sticky lacing; sweet malts, caramel (a lot), toasted, earthy, yeasty; light heavy sweet and light bitter, malty, toffee, average duration, sweetbitter aftertaste, malty and burned caramel in the finish; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation; bit messy impression, decent though.

Bottle, thnx to SecretSint 2013. Pours hazy, golden yellow colored beer with a medium sized, white head on top. Aroma of Belgian yeast with apples and other light fruits. Flavor is medium sweet, some grapes, loads of bready yeast and just another textbook example of the classification. Nothing special going on here, just another BSA with nothing extraordinary.

Weinig koolzuur. Saai bier.
