Slightly hazy golden with big white head. Complex fruity, light peach, orange, grapefruit, grapes. Light sweet malts, slightly biter hoppy finish. Medium bodied, nice full carbonation. Nice.

On tap at Wildeman. Pale golden, frothy head. Fruity hop nose, medium bitterness, hints of grass. Disappointing.

Bottle from Mam & Dad’s holiday, Netherlands. Hazy amber coloured with a massive rocky head of foam. It has an orange and pineapple flavour with tart, zesty orange and pine on the smooth finish. Very good.

On tap @ Arendsnest. This definitely building up some expectations ad I have been on the wander all day in Amsterdam trying to locate a good hoppy Americanized hoppy punchy IPA on tap, but so far all I have ended up with is 4 mediocre and one bad totally classic English styles one. Yeah, you better deliver now you! It starts off nicely with a light cloudy, or more deep blurry golden orange looking beer, it has a really good looking super lacing and lingering white head. So, the nose: NOOOOOO! ANOTHER’S ENGLISH STYLE!? Not sure what I’ll do now. It’s basically dominated but caramel, sweet malts, burned honey puffs and fruity eastern tones this. Where is the punch? Where are the hops!? Nutty sweet aromas. That’s a downer, but it does not smell bad in any way, just not how I want it to! Thank god it had some citrus in the taste. It’s really mineral waterish but definitely some citrus. The oily in the mouth and it’s wrapped in a soft to average carbonation level. Not sure if I should cry or laugh. I’m neither right now, but I just want a good hoppy American (that’s USA) IPA! This is not that in any way! I’m going to Beer Temple again. At least they had something like that there. 07.03.2014

Poured clear golden with a frothy, disappearing white head. Aroma of zesty citrus and soft malt. Medium, smooth body, flavour is lactic, vanilla and bitter orange with a dry finish.

Almost clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma of malts, grains, citrus, grapefruit, mild hops. Favour is malty, mildly hopped, with a bitter aftertaste. I enjoyed this brew, but it doesn’t pack the hop punch I like in my IPA’s.

Bullit (4637) - Burgos, SPAIN - DEC 30, 2013
Bottle from Mitra Tiel. Clear golden colour, white head. Nose is hoppy, herbal and fruity. Flavour is malty, hoppy, fruity, fairly bitter. No real hop punch, definitely no usa styled ipa. Watery, thin bodied. A bit disappointing.

Martinus (4601) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - NOV 1, 2015
Warm golden colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, apricot, light passion fruit, malts. Malty flavour, light bitter, fruity notes. Light bitter finish, malts. Lingering rough bitter note.

Bottle, thnx to Secret Sinterklaas 2013. Pours a clear golden beer with a medium sized, white head on top. Aroma is grainy, fairly hoppy and with a big, bready yeasty backbone in it. Flavor misses some nice crisp flavors, a bit overwhelmed with a smuthering yeasty feel with light bitter tones in it as well. No real hop presences detected in this beer unfortunately. Quite ok, but really not much special going on here.
