Thanks to Allen for this one. The bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts hoppy and dry, fresh-flowery. Turns more and more spicy, a little bit sourish. Well balanced intense finish. Drinkable and good beer! pivnizub (10576) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - FEB 3, 2010
Bügelverschlußflasche (Danke, Julian!):Clear, pale golden to golden, smaller persistent white foam, solid sweetish-grainy nose with a good dash of hops and a tinge of honey; moderate to robust bitter-sweet flavour; lingering sweet pale-malty and distinctive bitter finish. Well balanced, fine swiss stuff.......... MoritzF (9851) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JAN 2, 2010
(bottle, 33cl, with thanks to Julian!) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Sweet and biscuity, as well as slightly bready malty aroma with notes of vanilla and shy floral and herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Hearty pale malty body with hints of cookies, biscuits and soft herbal spice; sweet and slightly hop bitter finish with shy herbal and floral notes. A solid Märzen. 02.I.10 jonas (7552) - Garching b. Bottle, danke Julian. Herbal, and earthen, clayish hop aroma, honey. Deep golden, low visible carbonation, low head. Chewy earthen start, orangepeel, grapes, slightly salty.
Solid body, chewy. Citrus and some corn retronasal. meandering herbs. Unusual balance, but not bad at all. Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - JUL 9, 2009
bottle, traded with Allen! Clear golden colour, large and very persistent white head. Sweet malty nose. Full-bodied, sweet (not sticky) and malty with hints of sweetcorn. Clean and crisp with a lingering herbal hoppy finish. A fine brew. Thank you, Allen!

Bottle from Allen, thanks! Malty aroma with cookie dough and some flowers. Flowery, even just a bit oily hopbitter flavor, but also malty sweet with hints of toffee and cake. Soft, just a bit soapy flowery hopbitter aftertaste. Good beer! Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - APR 12, 2009
courtesy of Allen - clear and bright golden colour with a little but persistent white head; it shows a solid herbal aroma; clean palate and a good malt body; some sweet malts in the front and with a decent late bitterness; long and very herbal finish, moderately dry - well-made Embrouille (2852) - SWITZERLAND - NOV 7, 2007
Bottled 33cl. It pours a golden beer with a small, rather quick dimnishing white head. The aroma is nicely biscuity with a hint of chestnut. Slightly metallic and rather malty. Some lemon in the nose too. The taste is extremely nice. Hints of chestnut and hazelnut emerge from a lovely flowery hoppy background. Decently bitter, biscuity and full bodied. The finish is mainly of lemon. A very nice surprise. I wasn’t expecting such a good beer.

Blond lager. Nice malt aroma. A strong body, with malt flavours, well balanced by the bitterness and hop flavours. Very good palate. <a href=’http://home.datacomm.ch/fiulijn/index.html’& of Switzerland
