Muller Brau is one of the nicest basic pilseners I’ve had in a long while, and vastly more congenial than most of the other basic Swiss brews. A clean foretaste--more malty than hoppy (I know most RB readers are hop-heads but I’ll take malt over hop any day of the week). One could spend a pleasant evening pounding these back...

Clear pale, white head malts, a hint zesty lemon, honey a hint of citric also in palate refreshing beer perfect after a summer run

0.33l bottle as "barry bier", bb 07.13.2010! pours a hazy pale amber with no head. aroma of malts, caramel and wood. very malty flavour, caramel. carbonation has weared off in all these years.

Heldere gouden kleur en een goede kraag. Ruikt typische pilsner, mout. Smaakt idem.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Pale golden, airy head. Fruity melon aroma. Sweet and fruity, light-medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel and low bitterness. Flawless but dull.

On 50 cl can from Drinks of the World, Zurich. Clean golden color, good foam. Low aroma intensity; boiled vegetables, malt, some fruitiness and very light (germanstyle) hops. Light body & complexity. OK bitterness and balance. Pretty standard macro

Fruity start, OK volume, but the aftertaste wasn’t up to standard.
