Muller Brau is one of the nicest basic pilseners I’ve had in a long while, and vastly more congenial than most of the other basic Swiss brews. A clean foretaste--more malty than hoppy (I know most RB readers are hop-heads but I’ll take malt over hop any day of the week). One could spend a pleasant evening pounding these back... Bottled, thanks Bov! Pale golden, airy head. Fruity melon aroma. Sweet and fruity, light-medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel and low bitterness. Flawless but dull. Arve_Christian (5114) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 12, 2016
On 50 cl can from Drinks of the World, Zurich. Clean golden color, good foam. Low aroma intensity; boiled vegetables, malt, some fruitiness and very light (germanstyle) hops. Light body & complexity. OK bitterness and balance. Pretty standard macro Thomatito (121) - SWITZERLAND - JUN 16, 2017
