Clear golden with small yellowish head. Dull grain/malts nose, a bit milky but not sourish. Soft sweet malty taste, so little real flavours that one can taste the CO². Light, mineral water feel, very lightly cloying aftertaste. Uninteresting Pilsener; probably a carbon copy from another Haacht lager.

Having sent my resident sis-in-law on a search there, I can attest that the products from De Gomme are gone from Ruddervoorde. Finding this thing, in a Boortmeerbeek version, over the border in an off-licence chain, is surrealistic.
Weak aroma of faint hops and gras. Clear, golden coloured with a lasting, white head. Taste is sweet, slightly bitter, grassy. Watery. Overal not really bad, but very uninteresting. Quinten (1062) - zaandam, NETHERLANDS - MAY 23, 2006
golden color medium head, supermarkt one, no way bad on a camping!

A pilsener (?) of the former brewery De Gomme in Ruddervoorde, now degraded to a C-mark, available for € 5,- a crate at the Mitra drinks shops. Dust and some apple in the aroma. Bland, grainy flavor with boiled milk and apple. Thin and poor. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 11, 2005
(Bottle 25 cl) Pale golden beer with a small head. Wee floral nose, some malty sweetness and a metallic edge. Rather low bitterness. Just another pils. 280499

A below average pilsener. Mads Langtved (2243) - Copenhagen K, DENMARK - DEC 20, 2002
I can’t taste cause I had too many to day. Sorry but that’s how it is! But I think the rate i apropriate for this beer. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - AUG 8, 2002
probably not quite as bad as jupiler but still worse than stella. swillable if cold enough. not one of the greatest contributions to belgian brewing
