COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

First batch brewed at Ørbæk, late 2013 the brewing was moved to own equipment

Mörkbrun med litet ljusbrunt skum. Doftar maltigt och sött. Smakar mycket karamelmalt och lite alkohol. Fyllig och som en barleywine?

Countbeer (6599) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - AUG 14, 2014
Bottle: Thanks Papsø: Served in Chouffe glass:
Small vanilla creamy head on top of a hazy deep dark orange to brown colored beer.
Aromas of malts, prunes, tobacco, barley malts, raisin, toast, soap, some dried leaves, light nutty and light alcohol.
Flavour is bitter, malty, cacoa, some spice, prunes, toast, dried leaves, barley malts, toasted malts, herbal toast and bitters, light nutty, lighter earthy with a light dry tint.
Aftertaste is malty, bitter, toasty, nutty, light dry...
Low carbo, creamy oily almost silky mouthfeel, more than medium bodied and a creamy light dry texture.
It’s ok, but nothing more.

Bottle, 9.4%. Weak malty aroma. Almost clear red chestnut colour. Stable off-white head. The flavour is sweet and malty with a mild raisin sweetness. A good oxidised note suits the raisin well. Medium bitterness, quite clean.

Bottle. Low fluffy off-white lasting head. Clear dark brown body. Nice malty aroma with caramel and toffee and a hint of dried fruit. The malt is pretty dominant in the flavor, which I like, but caramel and dried fruit is also present. Low carbonation. Long sweet finish. Alcohol well hidden.
