COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: En imperial porter er en ekstra stærk porter og minder i stil om en overgæret baltisk porter. Ristet byg og chokolademalt giver en dyb, fed karakter og en skøn eftersmag af kaffe. En imperial porter med masser af mørke malte, noter af chokolade, blomme, rosin som afrundes med en skøn aromatisk kaffebønnesmag fra vilcabamba. Gæret ved en temperatur som lader gæren danne frugtestere som giver en blød balance mellem de mørke malte og humlen. Bør nydes ved 10-12°C i et Munkebo glas og dufte hvordan de mørke malte og den høje alkohol giver en skøn aroma som breder sig i glasset, efterhånden som øllet varmes op. Black color with creamy brownish head. The aroma is strongly cheesy. Smooth mouthfeel, some roasted malt flavor, light liquorice, some cheese, some roasted nuts; correct bitterness.
A bit messy.

Bottle 33 cl. Black with a nice craemy brown head. Coffee aroma and some yeast. Rich taste with lots of malt. A bit sweet and you taste the alcohol. Medium length.

Bottle. Dark brown close to black with a medium sized beige head. Dark dried fruit and light dust in the nose. Pretty soft with no alcohol showing. Dark dried fruit, light cocoa, honey, dark bread, cardboard, don’t pick up the coffee. Medium body, soft carbonation, soft finish. Good!

Very dark brown, frothy light tan head. Fruity, roasted and malty aroma. Chocolate notes. Flavour is sweet and malty, hints of chocolate. Creamy mouthfeel, light bitter finish with controlled alcohol warmth. Nice.

Pours very dark brown to black colour with big brown head, tiny lasting. Moderate sweetness, light+ malty bitterness and dryness. Full body, creamy texture, soft+ carbonation, long malty dry finish.

Bottle @ home with DroolYeast. Aroma of sweet alcohol, coffee, chocolate and fruits. Pours with a big light brown head with a dark brown/black colour. Taste like coffee and sweet alcohol with a hint of fruit and has a malty medium bitter dryness. Full body with an oily texture and flat carbonation. Long medium bitter finish.
