Can 50 cl. Pours brown black with a big smooth brown and white cream like head, the cream like head stays for a good while since the pressurized draughtflow system. Looks pretty nice. Taste is smooth, roasted, creamy with some chocolate notes. Pretty easy drinkable with light finish.

440ml can, opens with huge burst of nitrogren. Pours dark brown turning to black, smooth thin creamy head. Silky mouth-feel, mild chocolatey-coffee flavours.

Very similar to Guinness Draught. Having tried both back-to-back, Murphys seem to have slightly more malts; but if someone handed you a pint of this, youd think it was Guinness.

Pour is a deep black with a giant creamy puffy white and tan head. Masterful creamy lacing. Smells like coffee, cream, nuts and baking bread. Tastes of coffee, sweet cookie and bread, nice dry grains. Long mild and dry after taste.

Draught at OConnors Irish Pub Vienna. Almost black colour, nice creamy head fully lasting, good lacing, low carbonation. Nose is coffee and chocolate. Flavour is the same, but weaker. Good mouthfeel, rather low bitterness, short finish. A smooth and simple stout with high drinkability.

I drank this beer at some opportunities in Switzerland. I must say that it is a basical stout, in my point of view. The color is a nice black body colour, creamy and white foam, the carbonation is regular. The taste is watery, roasted malt but the touch could be more generous, few hop, small touch of coffee, not bad, refreshing after the job.

the aroma: caramel and chocolate with hints of vanilla, toffee, cocoa, roasted malt, nuts and toast... the taste is caramel and fruity with notes of roasted malt, milk chocolate, toffee, nuts, toast and bisquit... sweet, bitter and dry aftertaste...

[email protected] Gift, Aarhus. Pours black with a long lasting, creamy beige head. Aroma and taste is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, hoppy notes. Medium to light body. Soft carbonation. A bit watery. Light roasted finish.

On tap. Dark brown, almost opaque, very clear with beautiful, long lasting, creamy beige head and very good lacing. Light aromas of chocolate with some lactose notes. Taste is, at first, good with some dark chocolate and roastiness but it disappears very quickly as its very light, almost watery, body. Looks great but rest is far from the style.
