Had at the beer club at Roxbury Hotel Glebe- very nice earthy hop aromas. A good sweet up front taste, with a huge hop bitter taste of the finish. Very good beer.

It pours hazy bronze with a big white head. Aromas of berries and flowers, a hint of pepper taste. Medium bitter finish. Decent. highlandlad (1480) - Blue Mountains, AUSTRALIA - FEB 10, 2015
Marginally the better of the two IPAs in Murray’s current line-up. This is version shows NZ hops, compared to Fred’s US influence. On draught, this was bronze coloured with a low head. Typical NZ sauvin hop aroma - gooseberry, greengage, sauvignon blanc. Lovely soft carbonation. Low bitterness. Distinctive sauvin flavours. Rounded summer fruits. Very sessionable for its abv. Bottle - murky orange with a big white head. Biscuit, berry, caramel malt, grassy and slightly resiny. This is a really nicely balanced bittersweetness. The sweetness rolls across the tongue while the dry bitterness comes over the top ending in a lingering bitter finish. palate is smooth with lively carbonation. From 330 ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy honey-amber with a thin but lasting white head and light carbonation. Aromas of lemon, flowers, gentle caramel and a touch of pepper. Taste is sweet apple pie at the front before a firm lemon zest and pepper bitterness kicks in. Falls away a little at the end with some gentle tropical fruit notes. Very sessionable Aussie style IPA. From a bottle. This stuff is so smooth, aroma has a hint of melon and citrus, only a mild bitterness, fruity flavours, this is a very sessionable beer. I love it.

Hazy light tan, the hop aroma full of grapes and orchard fruits. Rich earthy character with cinnamon spiciness and brighter citrus. I like the bright finish, fruitiness and drinkability of this, but it is a touch yeasty/unrefined. gnoff (10355) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - AUG 21, 2013

Stated to have 6.0% ABV.
Apricot, citrus, hoppy, sweet, malty, bitter taste. Bitter, alcohol, hoppy, malty, mineral aftertaste. Medium to fizzy mouthfeel, medium to medium high bitterness. Some gut feeling alcohol. SWeet, caramel, hoppy scent.
Fuck me. This shit is just plain fucking offensive. Cunt blew up when I opened it, just about exploded my fucking head when I had a sip. Get fucked. ALLOVATE (3015) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUL 26, 2013
Cloudy orange amber, sparsely carbonated and meagrely crowned by a wafer of off-white foam. Nose is dominated by notes of rose water, passionfruit and pineapple with little else aside a touch of pine and orange peel. Quite soft and subtle on the palate. Every bit a session ale, it hits well below its 6.0% ABV. Fruity and quite tangy with a base of grainy malts and pinewood. Light bodied with low carbonation and an oily, rose water and citrus dominated finish that fades quickly. Pretty straightforward! (Bottle) Hazy amber with no head. Good aroma - citrus and pine over biscuity malt. Light to medium body with modest fine carbonation. Taste starts off with a pleasant balance candy sweetness and citrus tang, and quickly develops some pretty aggressive hoppy bitterness for a long intense bitter finish. Nice unusual take on a high bitterness IPA, although I am unsure whether the contrast between the lighter foretaste and the intense bitter aftertaste is inspired or just odd.
