On tap at the Pub With No Beer. Pours a pale yellow with a big thick dense white head. Enormous bubble gum sweetness to the aroma. In addition, straw and banana emerge from the heavy esters. The flavor mimics these aromas as well. This is served in a traditional Belgian tulip glass and is completely satisfying after spending a week drinking mass-produced Australian pale lagers. The people at this famous bar were some of the nicest that we met in a country full of incredibly nice people. You must visit this place. gam (3930) - brisbane, AUSTRALIA - JUN 15, 2008

Off keg: Poured a hazy dull gold with a small lasting head and good lacing. Aroma is slightly under stated, but good with spice, orange and alcohol notes. Rich body with a smooth creamy mouthfeel, maybe verging on the slightly too sticky. Complex flavours - orange, malty and spicy with a good balance from the hops. Most enjoyable. davidm (2080) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - APR 17, 2010
Tap at the Local Taphouse (Melbourne). Not pretty, but very tasty. Aroma has apple, bubblegum, caramel, and spice. Taste is sweet, with bitter notes, and long lasting. Palate is silky, with a medium-to-full body, and a dry finish. Dark yellow, with a frothy white head. ndon (857) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 15, 2010
UPDATED: SEP 1, 2010 One of the best beers that Murray has made (apart from his limiteds ie. endless summer). Caramel and bubblegum combined to make this a very tasty surprise when i visited the brewery.

Aroma: sweeet malt, fruity and fragrant hop with some spice. Appearance: orange/brown and hazy with a good head that leaves suds lacing. Flavour: incredible malt and dried fruits balanced beautifully by fresh hop flavours and generous bitterness. Palate: thick and gently carbonated with a slightly dry finish. Bottle. Hazy golden with very little head. Complex, but not very intense aroma, with spice, hops and orange. Medium body, medium carbonation, with a creamy texture. The flavour is complex and evolves as the beer warrms. There are sweet malts, orange, some spice (coriander, maybe clove) and enjoyable bitterness throughut the taste, starting spicey peppery and ending with dark chocolate notes on what is clearly hops. A rich, interesting, complex beer. Mattburns (114) - USA - JUL 11, 2010

Had on tap and in the bottle. Pours a lovely golden amber colour with a thick white head. Hint of banana on the nose. Lovely biscuit malty flavour with a subdued hop bitterness on the finish. You can't taste the alcohol, even though it's about 8% alc. could be very deadly if you have a few.
