473ml can. Pours a copper-red colour with an off-white head which sticks around for a while. Smells bittersweet, with citrus and malt, and some candy-like aromas. Tastes sweet. A great beer, would recommend for sure.

Canned. Clear brown body, small beige head. The aroma is hoppy, with tartness. The taste is very creamy, with nuts in the finish.

Orange liquid, large head. Weak aroma, sweet. Light body, little carbonation. Taste of pilsner with some extra fruits.

I poured it from the bottle into a pint glass. It pours copper with an off-white head and lacing. The aroma was vanilla cream. The taste was vanilla, yogurt, bread, and earthy hops. The subtle sweetness was balanced nicely with the subtle bitterness. It was smooth and creamy. This was a nice and easy-drinking beer.

Can. Moderate roasted grain for the malt, light herbs for the hops, faint dough for the yeast, with a hint of cardboard. Head is average sized, frothy, off-white with good crusty lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is clear medium amber. Flavor starts slightly sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly bitter. Palate is on the lighter side of medium, a little slick with a lively carbonation. A nice easy drinking Cream Ale

Amber color cant really put a finger on the aroma but the taste is a mixture of malts and hops thats a little watery and leaves a strange taste in your mouth, its ok but it could be better

Can from LCBO. BB Aug 2016. Pours hazy, slightly coppery amber with light beige head. The aroma is rather startling at first, strange... liquid mix of toffee and caramel with cinnamon added... Yea, like some syrupy cinnamon roll filling. And the wheaty breadiness too. Hint of earthy manure at points. Not my understanding of a good beer aroma. Tastes of the same notes but with much less depth plus a slight metallic hint. Slightly too watery, modest but crisp carbonation... No, not good.

Pours hazy copper orange with a white head. Sweet malt and carmel aroma. Taste is sweet carmel and cereal with notes of nuts. Not bad.

En oubliant que la cannette ne rend pas justice une cream ale, jai bien apprci la finale courte lgrement douce amre de cette ale.

Pours a orange copper with fair white head and lace. Quickly recedes to sides of glass. Aroma is malt heavy, toffee. Taste is also malt, toffee, a slight, very slight, pine note. Slightly bitter. There was something familiar with it, it reminds me of steam beer more than the English pub style noted on label. Creamy mouthfeel with very mild metal aftertaste. An easy drinker.

341ml Bottle courtesy of Cuso. Pours hazy, auburn/brown with almost no head and soft to moderate carbonation. It smells strongly like canned prunes which is not something I look for in a beer. The taste is predominantly malty, with plummy notes similar to, but more pleasant than, in the nose. Theres also a distinct oaky, boozy flavour and a reasonable bitterness to the finish, with a slight fizz on the palate. The bottle calls it a a classic British-style ale but thats a stretch for sure.
