Hazy amber,thick beige head.Balanced hop/malt nose.Fizzy start,sweet malt mid.Medium hop bitterness in finish. Great lacing gilvanblight (826) - Windsor, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 27, 2012
Clear rusty brown pour with a tone of foamy head. It was lacing by the time I tried to get a picture of it. Fresh cut field smell, not grass but like a local park with wildflowers. Hops and grapefruit also in the nose. Very light compared to the other beers I’ve had tonight. Usually autumn seasonals are thicker and have more body. This reminds me of a Pale Ale. It’s got that hops bite in the back of the throat and it goes down very light. This would be fantastic if I liked true Pale Ales. Unfortunately I don’t and this wasn’t at all what I expected. I know people that will love this, like my wife, but it’s not really for me. Even my wife finds it odd because it’s not a pale ale but it has hints of one. v1rgil (151) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 27, 2012
UPDATED: OCT 29, 2012 Pours copper aroma of hops. First sip is sweet and oppy but not overly bitter. Aftertaste is astringent. Great beer. rob6239 (677) - Ontario, CANADA - OCT 23, 2012
Pours clear and slightly darker than amber or light caramel with very frothy head. Aroma is mild from the pour. Taste blends sweet hops with sharp acidity JHunter (676) - British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 20, 2012
Pours a dark amber colour with a big thick creamy head. The aroma starts strong alc. then a soapy fruit hop aroma. The flavour is caramel sweet and citrus with a light hoppy herb body is thick on the palate and a nice bitterness from the dry hopping.

Great fresh hop aroma. Pours brown with a slight orange tinge and a thick lacing offwhite head. Very round and smooth mouthfeel, very boozy though. A little thin in the body as well. It’s pretty nice, with a lasting malt aftertaste despite being quite dry. I think it needs to be aged, and would consider buying it again for a warm autumn day, but it’s not my absolute favourite. maley1 (1301) - Calgary, CANADA - OCT 6, 2012
Golden copper colored pour with light tan frothy head. Aroma of citrus and hops. Taste of caramel, citrus, orange peel and bitter hop finish. Perfect carbonation and nice smooth mouthfeel. Quality beer all round. samzim (434) - Ontario, CANADA - OCT 5, 2012
Beautiful amber colour. RIght off the bat, hit the fruity scent of fresh hops. Sweet passionfruit and caramel notes at the front, with a heavy, but not overpowering bitterness at the end. yrstruly (333) - Guelph, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 1, 2012
UPDATED: SEP 22, 2013 Pours clear copper with a frothy off white head. The aroma is of caramel, sweet malt, and fresh, slightly funky hops. The taste is crisp citrus and spice up front, with a strong hop finish. Nice medium body and well balanced all around.
On cask at the Wooly. Pours clear copper with a rocky, light tan head. The aroma is of caramel malt, fresh hops, clove and cinnamon, and light esters - perfect for fall. The lower carbonation and higher temp benefits this beer - I get more complex malt flavour, balancing out a firm but not extreme, American hop finish.
