Orange colour and a slightly hoppy aroma. Hops are more noticeable in the flavour. Quite nice. BeerandBlues2 (13199) - Escondido, California, USA - JAN 7, 2012
Bottle. Pours clear amber with a medium, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is caramel and toast malt, earthy and floral hops with fruity esters. Flavor is malt with medium hops and bitterness, fruity esters and a dry finish. Medium body, warmth and carbonation. Powertrip (1000) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 13, 2011
Single bottle purchased from Zyn Liqour in Calgary, AB on 11/06/2011. Colour: Light brown with slightly off-white medium head. Nose: Quite nutty...walnut, pecan, brazil. Browning grass - like late summer, suttle caramel, whisp of burning embers, shortbread late. One of the finest aroma’s I have had the pleasure of nosing. Medium-light sweet, medium bitter, medium sour. Sweet and sour sauce up front then settles into a light oaky butterscotch middle. Generates more sweetness late then takes a sharp turn to roasted hop in a long and delicious finish. Outstanding stuff in my opinion.

Decent head, tan, light orange in colour. Beer is an appealing orange-red colour. Aroma of caramel malts & hops. Well balanced beer with strong hop flavour and a mostly dry finish, with some lingering bitterness. JulienHuxley (5792) - Trois-Rivières, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 11, 2011
Bottle from LCBO. Appearance: Creamy rocky pour with beige-white head and nice lacing. Aroma: Straightforward yet effective earthy hops profile with some shy caramel malts notes. Taste: Resinous hops dominates this one along with some well integrated toffee malts. Somewhat tannic. Palate: Medium bodied and low-med. carbonation. Overall: Good bitter and fresh IPA. Quite unidimensional. lukin (620) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 4, 2011
750 ml bottle. Deep amber colour, smallish head. Aroma is bright and fresh; malts, spice, some light fruitiness? Taste is well balanced between rich malt and long bitter hop finish. A little warming alcohol as well. Very good. gramity (1638) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 4, 2011
Amber pour with an off-white head. The aroma is lightly spicy with a nice fresh hoppiness. Fairly assertive bitterness with a nice lingering hoppiness. Fresh malt and a bit of toasted malt character as well. Quite a nice surprise. Boutip (6312) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 24, 2011
Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of fresh green Cascade hops with nice citrus and light resin notes is very well balanced. Taste is also a nice mix between some floral green hops notes with light citrus and resin notes back by a solid malt backbone with semi-dry caramel notes. Body is full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Another well balanced beer by an Ontario brewer who keep surprising me.
