Pours a translucent straw colour with a white head that thins. Nice lacing.Smells of hops, with a fruityness.Taste is of hops with a slightly bitter finish. Crisp. Low to medium carbonation and body. A solid brew! ardiesr (62) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 2, 2013
Bottles just came into BC, time to judge it west coast style. Aroma is sweet malt with some tropical notes, fairly balanced overall with lots of caramel presence. Very big malt presence in the flavour with light hop flavour leading into bitter finish. Could use more aroma and flavour hopping, currently malt side of balanced with an aggressively bitter finish. Not bad, better than most east coast IPAs HipHopOpotamus (233) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 28, 2013

UPDATED: JUL 5, 2013 Bottle,6.4%. Survival Pack. Clear golden amber pour with a weak, white head that bubbles away to a ring. Aroma is strong with hoppy overtones, grapefruit, citrusy, toasted malt. Taste is more of the same, dry hops and roast malts dominating the flavour, with a hint of sweetness. Finish is dry, but balanced and satisfying. Delicious.

Strong hoppy aroma with prominent citrus notes, primarily grapefruit. Opaque orange colour - lack of filtration is evident small particles of sediment. Nice level of bitterness with slight fruity flavour, maybe lychee. Medium body with good level of carbonation. Overall, a fine sipping beer that I will buy again lagerette (30) - - JUN 20, 2013

Can. Best by august. Amber with an off white head. Aroma of bitter malts and butterscotch. Flavor of toffee, caramel, bitter malt, and a bit of aspirin. Some cherry I guess as well. Screams of IPAs from 20 years ago. Not a bad thing I suppose. tkrjukoff (4335) - SWEDEN - JUN 10, 2013
