Great basic IPA - nothing crazy or unique about it, but still very good. Lots of hop bitterness and mouthfeel and still light enough to drink 3.

Bottle at Chriso tasting (thanks Chris) 18/11/12. Lightly hazed pale golden with a thin white head which retains well. Nose is pine, hops, citrus tones, a little peppery. Taste comprises pine, hops, light lemon notes, touch of spice. Medium bodied with soft carbonation leading to a light bitter finish.

Clear golden pour with a medium white head. Solid aroma of resinous and slightly citrusy hops. Very good flavor of resinous, slightly citrusy hops with dryness and a bitter finish. The body is light to medium while the carbonation is moderate. Good stuff!

Bottle from LCBO, pours a nice deep copper colour with a soapy head. Great aroma of citrus and hops, the taste is quite refreshing with a good blend of caramel and dry hops. A great bitter bite to this brew, this beer would be fantastic alongside some spicy pasta! Overall a great beer from Muskoka!

Draught at Canoe Restaurant, Toronto
Amber color, with creamy head. Very nice aroma, with a caramel and toffee profile similar to the harvest ale, but also with nice lemony hopping, an impression of Fuggles, and a biscuity touch. Smooth mouthfeel; very good flavor of toffee and caramel, with strong bitterness, providing plenty of resins and citrus fruits; very long final.
Fresh and excellent.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2014 Bottle via trade with Andrew - thanks! Slightly hazy orange pour with a soapy white head. Aroma is pine resin and mild caramel malt. Little bit of citrus also creeps in on the taste. The finish could be a little bit more balanced but its far from being super bitter. Quite enjoyable.
