Draught at Canoe Restaurant, TorontoBeerhunter111 (20344) - P´Castle, GERMANY - FEB 25, 2014
Amber color, with creamy head. Very nice aroma, with a caramel and toffee profile similar to the harvest ale, but also with nice lemony hopping, an impression of Fuggles, and a biscuity touch. Smooth mouthfeel; very good flavor of toffee and caramel, with strong bitterness, providing plenty of resins and citrus fruits; very long final.
Fresh and excellent.
