Pours copper hue with alot of cascading carbonation and a nice fluffy spritzy eggshell head and sparse lacing. nose is bready, carmel, toasted malt husks, lite woody notes. a hint of diacytl as well. Flavors of caramel, sweet malt, toasted bready notes much like the nose. comes off being somewhat sweet with no hops really. a very malt foward lager with little to no hop character. not a bad amber lager but needs a touch of finesse Ratman197 (15224) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - FEB 4, 2011

I like to wear ’do not disturb’ signs around my neck so that little kids can’t tell me knock knock jokes. "Hey, how you doin’, nephew." "Knock Knock?" "Read the sign, punk!"

[Bottle] Pours a clear light brown color with little head. Sweet caramel and mild hopping in the nose. Taste is of caramel, bread, light brown sugar and crisp hops. Average body with muted flavoring. Nothing offensive here. Much better than their Golden Ale for sure. RasterMaster (258) - , Oklahoma, USA - FEB 8, 2010
Copper blonde pour into a thin bubbly white head that dissipates into a ring of foamy bubbles that melt down the glass with each sip. Aroma of malty citrus, lighly toasted biscuit and mild hops. Initial flavor of malted barley and toasted caramel malt fades into a slight hoppy bitter aftertaste. Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JAN 2, 2010
Bottle from my sister in law. Aroma of awkward malts and caramel. Taste of mowing the grass in the rain. Metallic finish. Cavie (4775) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JAN 2, 2010
Bottle courtesy of the entire Fratto clan. Clear burnt orange color. Fair head. Smells of dirty grains and some metallic notes. Taste is consistent with the smell, with rough malts and bitter feelings. Finish is fairly watery with subpar light hops. As was quoted while we tried it, "Well it wasn’t miserable".
