COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is triple pied. Whole pumpkin pies were added into the mash tun. Whole pumpkin pies were added into the whirlpool. We then dry-pied with whole pumpkin pies. It tastes like a pumpkin pie in a beer. Enjoy. Original Gravity: 1.056 (14.0° P) Final Gravity: 1.020 (5.0° P) Apparrent Attenuation: 64.29% Alcohol by Volume: 4.7%

Draft. Hazy brown color, light tan head. Aroma of mixed spice and brown bread. Taste is gingerbread brownies. Light body. Decent enough.

Tap at Beer Study. Dark brown pour with a soft ruby haze. Two fingers of off white head show with the pour. Nose shows pumpkin pie and a light spice. Flavor is light with pumpkin flesh, some toasty notes, graham cracker, and subdued pie spice. Medium light bodied and low carbonation.

Tap at Panzanella, Carrboro. Thin brownish pour with a thin beige head. Nose is light spice, vegetal pumpkin, cereal malts. Flavor is similar, less pronounced than nose. Watery palate, drinks like a watery brown ale with light spice.
