Had this at the brewery in September. Made with 100% locally grown hops from Voss Farms in Arvada...unknown varietal. Copper apricot with some head and lace. Aroma of strange fruits. Significant carbonation and mouthfeel. Flavors of straw hops, sweet malts, caramel funky fruit. Overall interesting but not something Id want to drink much of or often.

Hazy copper with a thin rocky white head. Aroma is fresh and floral with a small leafy resin and a tangerine dustiness. Flavor is clean and malty with some cracker, earthy toast, a wee bit of Belgian yeast eccentricity, and fresh leafy earthy hops, and a little pine/grass finish.

Tap. Orange yellow with a clean white head. Aroma of fruit, Belgian yeast notes, and spice. Flavor is hop spice, fruit, yeast and banana- I want to say. It is like a saison and a hefe with the hopping of a single IPA.
