Bottle share at Leighton’s 15K. Many thanks to Leighton. Hazy orange, still, small foamy white head. Aroma is pick ’n’ mix sweets, dusty antiperspirant, chalk with some wine notes. Body is medium, tingly carbonation, slightly foamy. Taste is buttery oak, whisky notes, dry white wine, straw in the finish. Very nice. Nose is bitter orange, straw, pissy citric rinds, farmyard, woody notes, funk.
Taste comprises light yeast strains, apricot, lemon rind, funk, wooded tones, white grapes, earthy.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.

Craft Clerkenwell. LKS 15K bash. Thanks to Leighton. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has modest fine carbonation. Very light malts with a light vanilla oak. Soft wine and grape and very light pear. Light semi dry finish. Light but still manages to enchant despite it’s dryness.
75cl bottle thanks to the man himself. Shared at CBC CG, London at the 15k tasting. It pours a very hazy golden pour with a small white head. Aroma is tart sweet light funk white wine apricots lemon juice grass lychee. Taste has more tart woody citric notes, with funk lemon apricots brett and vanilla an bourbon notes. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, excellent

Flavour is composed of semi sweet, grainy, straw, saison. Little age on this, dried apple. Palatr is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Little vanilla. Bottle big thanks to Leighton. It pours cloudy pale gold with a decent white head. The nose is soft, earthy, white wine, gooseberry, cracker, milky coconut, wood and straw. The taste is crisp, clean, minerals, earthy, funky, white wine, gooseberry, light vanilla and sweet wood with a dry, woody finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Not bad. Bottle shared in London at CBC Clerkenwell at the 15k tasting. Picked up in the US. Pours lightly hazy gold with a creamy white head. Restrained aroma, some pale wood, light doughy bread, a little apricot. Medium sweet flavor with pale bread, hints of toffee, golden raisins, wheat, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming in the finish, more sugary bread, golden raisins, white grape, apple, light vanilla.
