COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mystic table beer traces its roots back to a time when water was never an option at the dining table. Beer, as often as 1.5% ABV, was the only drink served to slake the thirst. At 4.3% ABV, Mystic table beer is a slightly more potent table beer. But it retains its namesakes’ eminent drink-ability. Its flavor and texture are derived our house Renaud yeast strain and traditional bottle conditioning. Enjoy with lunch or while swaying in a hammock.

On tap at brewery. Pours yellow-gold with a small white head. Aroma is grain, pepper, some, yeast, some floral hops, and a tiny bit of citrus. Taste is honey, orange./citrus, bread, light pepper, and light herbal. Slightly too sweet finish. Medium body. Barely-there carbonation. Slick mouthfeel. There is a light tartness, but it is ruined by the beer being too sweet.

Hazy, dull tan, thin head. Has a mellow fruity hop nose, earthy, yeasty. Light body.

Weird how I love every aspect of this beer but the taste. Nice tart-funky aroma, and the pour’s absolutely gorgeous, coming out a slightly hazed gold with endless head and lacing. Hell, even the feel’s spot-on for a saison. Yet the taste never develops into much of anything; hints of funk and yeast, slight sour undertones, but all these notes stay in the background without anything on the front to grab your attention. Slight grassy saison and wheat elements, mild cereal grains--otherwise, it’s a stretch to say any of these flavors claim the forefront. More textural than anything. Eh.

Golden, hazy, pale straw pour with white bubbly foam that lasts. Must, brett nose with touches of citrus (lemon) and a little spice / herb. There is some faint malt sweetness in the nose that appears in the taste too. Light body with lots of fizz and a slightly dry finish. Yeasty, mild barnyard flavors with some herbal and floral notes (from the yeast more than any hops) lemony and mineral notes that emerge as it warms. The faint tartness is more vinegary than vinous and is balanced by the malt. Dry, slightly sour finish. The flavors are mild, overall and very reminiscent of Dupont. It is very refreshing and drinkable.

Yellow, hazy, with a lot of foam. I liked this one - very drinkable, nicely tart, with peppery and floral notes. Nice stuff.

Tap. Grassy herbal scent with yeasty notes. Pours pale yellow gold with thin white top, trifling lace. There are lemon, salty, spicy flavours. Medium sweet medium bitterness, lightly sour, in the finish. Body is light to medium. Texture is slick like heather. Reasonably lively carbonation with a gentle languorous finish. Set a place for the table.

Draft sample at the source. The beer is a hazed yellow with a white head of foam. The aroma is yeasty, juicy, and citrusy. Funky and herbal taste. Medium body and high carbonation.

Taps hazy, barely translucent solar yellow with a thick porcelain head. Aroma features sour fruit and crisp malt notes. Flavor offers malty and fruity tones plus a hint of woody hops. Body is average, but fizz is lively. Sit at this table.
