Bottle poured a hazy amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of straw, barnyard funk, plum, yeast and light leathet. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of syraw, leather and light plum with a smooth dry lingering funky finish. mcox90 (2119) - Wilton, New Hampshire, USA - JUN 1, 2014
750ml bottle. Can’t remember who brought it to the tasting. Dark copper, kind of cloudy pour with a one finger white head. Lots of bubbles. Bread dough and tropical fruit aroma. A bit funky. More fruit on the flavor. Grapes, plums, green apples. A bit tart with a barnyard funk. Medium bodied with a ton of carbonation. Interesting. hopdog (12953) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 28, 2014
375ml bottle. Poured a golden color with an averaged sized white head. Earhty, some graininess, bread, lighter spices, and citrus. harrymel (1551) - Spokane, Washington, USA - FEB 22, 2014
Pours a golden ale with no foam and a excellent clarity. Nose is pruney, some metal, some soil, some sweetness. Flavor is grain, some grape, some black pepper, some saison character. Medium on light body with some hi carb and a wet finish. Well, this is interesting, but nothing special. Theydon_Bois (20450) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - NOV 10, 2013

Tasting at Bruce’s new pad. Thanks to Leighton for this one. Hazy amber beer with a small pale cream coloured head. Smooth and softish palate with light fine carbonation. Light airy malt and light sourness. Whisper of brett and touch of floral flavour. Very light fruits before a light dry finish. Not bad.
Bottle at Bruce’s, thanks to Leighton. It pours hazy amber with a bubbly white head. The nose is wood, leather, dank, must, over-ripe fruit and barnyard. The taste is crisp, tangy orange, earth, brett, Irn Bru, plum skin, wood, earth and spice. Medium body, moderate+ carbonation and velvety mouth-feel. Nice tangy wild aspect. Decent. maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - OCT 17, 2013
Bottle cheers to Leighton. Cloudy orange pour with a foamy beige head leaving spotty lacing. I find this odd for a Saison, especially after the last two. Quite appealing though. Fair amount of toffee and earthiness, slight booze, resinous and sticky with some dried fruits - namely apricot. Sticky sweet in the mouth, loads of dried fruits - apricot, date, quite dirty in an earthy way with a moderate tanginess. Not bad, just a touch all over the shop for my liking Leighton (22027) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 15, 2013
Bottle shared at Bruce’s in London. This one I got in the States. Pours hazy, rich gold with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma holds earth, some ripe fruits, berries. Light sweet flavor, some musty berries, earth, wet wood, mild bread, pine. Light bodied with average, creamy carbonation. Mild funky tang to finish, more earth, slight grass, ripe and slightly rotting fruits. Not bad. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - AUG 25, 2013
Orange with a white head. The aroma is full of yeast, orange citrus and biscuit malt. The flavor is more of the same with the addition of some brett and a hint of pepper. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
