COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The second in our series of single-hop IPAs which began with Ace in the Hole. Amarillo by Morning is brewed and dry-hopped entirely with Amarillo hops. The grain bill remains light so as to highlight the characteristics of each individual hop variety. Enjoy!

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a crisp grass note with a bit of grapefruit and a bread backbone. Flavor has sweet citrus with a bit of bread and some bitterness in the finish.

Opaque yellow, stark white head. Piney citrus hop nose. Nice citrus hop profile with a light malt backbone. Very nice !!

Nose is super fruity and citrusy. Notes of orange and grapefruit. Light malt backbone, a hint crackery, a hint pale sweetness. Pours hazy light golden with a decently lasting frothy head. The flavor is full of juicy citrus, light base malt adds a hint of sweetness and a light dry crackery note. More citrus in the finish. Refreshing, highly drinkable, a damn good single hop ipa.
