On tap @ Naked City, although it’s spelled ’Bindlestiff’ on the menu here. Pours dark reddish with very little head. Aroma is faint hops and dark caramel malt. Taste is syrupy sweet malts, light spice, and bitter pine hops on the finish. Strong, the 8% is easily noticeable. Not bad, and I like keeping it local, but there are numerous better options in the winter warmer category.
Nose of biscuit toffee toast english hop notes peppwr and earth touch floral. Brown amber pour thin head. Hop bitterness up front biscuit toast earth pepper resin. Moderate carbonation. Hoppy pnw winter ale.
