Rich amber body with a creamy beige top. Nose of sweet apricot and it packs an alcohol wallop. Apricot body similar to an apricot mead I brewed. Smoothed up fruitiness. Sweet, powerful, lovely.

Tasty treat at the Belgian Fest in Seattle. Dark amber in color slight haze with a thin head. Nice flavors with added caramel and spices with lingering flower like flavors and finish. There is a slight peppery taste to the beer.

Draft at ncbc. Pours a hazy dark amber with bright golden brown edges. Loose sudsy white head. Mild nose of dandelions and caramel. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Dandelions, caramel, and a bit of white pepper on the mid palate. Soft finish.

Nose of tangy light fruit, a little yogurt, and some belgian yeast spice as well as bread. Pours golden orange, somewhat hazy, thin frothy white head. Flavors of tangy light fruit - pears, apples and shit, yogurt tang, doughy bread and grain as well as medium spicy belgian yeast notes. Medium carbonation, light hint of the 11%.
