Draft at ncbc. Pours a crystal clear and very pale gold with a light and loose whitish head. Mild toasty, slightly nutty nose, showing nice peppery phenols. Watery medium body with lively carb. Grassy, somewhat herbal notes on the mid palate. Finish gets a little pepperier, and that phenolic note lingers for a bit. Very pleasant, though could be confused with a northern german pils, with those peppery notes not unlike a mild noble hop finish. carruthm (1400) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 16, 2010

Medium straw, wet slick white head. lemongrass and salty coriander aroma. sweet up front with a fresh bubble gum note, little honey middle, dries out in the finish to round out very nicely. great delicate coriander usage Oakes (18756) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 14, 2010
Golden-straw. Not much head. Light malts with light phenols - a generally faint aroma. Light body, a bit thin, with some phenols and almost an extracty note in the finish. Simple, yes, but not so effective. riversideAK (6265) - Shoreline, Washington, USA - FEB 5, 2010
Light grainy aroma, a hint of dust, some sweetness and a hint of spice as well as a good deal of feet. Umm... This one pours light golden with a head that settles to a thin whispy layer. Flavor is bready and grainy up front, light orangey notes, spice, earthy hops are very light. The feet aroma turns into a flavor. Hmm.. I liked the flavor profile until the moderate unpleasantness. This one probably needs some tweaking as it has potential for sure.

Pale straw gold with 1.5" saliva foam head. The aroma is of earthy, grassy hops, clean yeast, and simple grains. Earthy flavor and pungent grassy hop notes that are reminiscent of Saison Dupont. crip. Dry fall apple skin finish. bvc (1244) - Washington, USA - JAN 22, 2010
Draft at Naked City. Pours a crystal clear golden wheat color with two finger white head that settles rather quickly to a flabby uniform layer. Nose is very light in aroma. What I do get though is Candi sugar, wheat, hints of banana peel, light spiciness and a faint bit of citrus. Really light feel but the carbonation is a bit flat thus making it a bit watery overall. Light clove and banana wheat up front, thin in the middle and finishes up with specks of black pepper on the end. I bet the next batch turns out better and I will have to try it again then.
