3fourths (9358) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 15, 2014
Bottle. Hazed gold with a fine white head. Dry, citric and grassy, light bodied and effervescent, bitter and raw and resinous. Hops are pithy lemon like Belgian noble and Czech Saaz, but also show resin and grapefruit like American strains. Hay / straw-like Pilsner malt with chalky vitamin yeastiness even after letting it sit for days. Looks pretty, feels nice enough, but without the comfortable flavor balance like so many De la Senne beers. Kind of a simple and overly bitter Belgian pale, like a waterier Boulba with raw western hops dominating the Senne house character.

Robe blonde claire dorée, opaque, opalescent. Mousse blanche assez abondante, aérée, instable. Tenue moyenne. Nez fruité agrume, touche d'ananas, léger poivré. Bouche fruitée, maltée rustique, grain, épicée. Finale amère, sèche, on retrouve bien la touche de la Senne. Corpulence moyenne, texture huileuse, carbonatation assez faible. Saison fruitée, légèrement épicée, amère, texture un peu collante. Pas la plus légère du style.

[email protected] Extravaganza 2017, London - yellow pour with a thin white head. Citrus lemon fruity, light floral grassy hoppy with some herbal notes of pepper, medium to light body, funky, light spicy touch into the close.

Scopey (15747) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 4, 2017
Keg at Moeder Lambic. It pours crazy hazy yellow - gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, quite spicy, ginger, pepper, hay, floral, soapy citrus, grass and toasty grain. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, pithy, grassy, hay, cereal, soapy citrus, farmyard, funk, must, dirt and white bread with a dry, sort of spicy finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Not bad.

Borup (15373) - Albertslund, DENMARK - OCT 26, 2017
Sample at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. A hazy pale yellow coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of hops, wheat, citrus, yeast, spice and crispy.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2017 Bottle at home. Hazy golden, very fizzy session. Bitter w typical DLS hops. Reminds me of a bitter fanta.

Jabic (702) - Plainfield, Vermont, USA - SEP 4, 2017
2015, 4.2% ABV. Ar: Lemon, clove, and hay; leafy, peppery hops; lime and orange peel. Ap: Pale gold and hazy; medium white head with moderate retention, settles to a collection of splotchy bubbles with some side lacing. T: Hay and some sherry; crisp, doughy malt character; black pepper, clove, lemon, lime, and red apple; lean mango and a touch of banana; grains of paradise; bitterness is medium, with a spicy, herbal hop flavor; chalk, hay, and lingering bitterness into the finish. P: Light body with very high carbonation; finish is very dry. O: Exceptional table-strength saison; tons of complexity--fruit, spice, and rustic grains; very, very drinkable and refreshing, with a great level of bitterness and an amazin mineral profile.

At Ghent Beer Festival 2017. Hazy pale yellow with a lasting, frothy, white head. The aroma contains hops, wheat, citrus and spices. It tastes heavy to medium bitter and light sour with a dry, hoppy finish. Medium, almost light body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. A cute, little, enjoyable beer.
