UPDATED: NOV 24, 2014 Bottle. Clear dark brown with a fine tan colored head. Strong nose of direct pumpkin spice but also shows the actual pumpkin flesh flavor fairly well. Malt is mostly caramel with light roast. Medium body, sweet with low bitterness and low acidity and carbonation a little flabby. More fleshy in the mouth than the nose, and the dark malt character shows more in the finish, but the nose seems over-spiced.
Bottled at Bishops Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Almost clear copper colour, huge head. Distinctive pumpkin and cinnamon aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Caramel and pumpkin, lots of spices. Fairly low bitterness. SaintMatty (7603) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - MAR 21, 2015
330ml Bottle (O’Connor’s, Uppsala)- Dark brown with red tinges. Pumpkin, raisins and marzipan in the aroma. Spicy, fruity and slightly sweet taste with notes of pumpkin, vanilla, caramel and raisins. Reimer96 (1778) - Alberta, CANADA - NOV 11, 2014
Pours a murky dark brown with a small bubbly brown head. Aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, allspice and roasted malts. Taste is roasted malts, cinnamon, nutmeg, licorice/anise, light clove and pumpkin. Overall big on spice bit still a good porter base to this beer and while it’s big on the spices it’s not overboard and they all mesh together in balance. Would like to see a bit more malt backbone though and a slicker mouthfeel. bjakk (828) - Skagafjordur, ICELAND - OCT 4, 2014

Bottle. Not really sure how a pumpkin smells like. But the cinnamon and ginger are there. A good start for the new brewer at Ölvisholt. Overall: 13/20. GummiKalli (1) - ICELAND - SEP 26, 2014 does not count
My first Pumpkin Pie beer. I was pleasantly surprised. Heavy on the cinamon and quite spicy. haukur (2124) - Kópavogur, ICELAND - SEP 24, 2014
Dark brown with an off white head. Pumpkin pie in the aroma, along with cinnamon. Spicy with with pie notes. Lacks a bit in body. Otherwise a decent pumpkin beer.
