3fourths (9367) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - AUG 31, 2016
Brash, stark, watery and empty, malt comes across as saccharine and rice cakes, yeast is lightly floral and fruity but lacks clarity. Light body, lightly sweet, lightly bitter, thin and empty middle and finish against sharp carbonation, and there’s even some curious green apple and chemical qualities in there. I couldn’t take much of this and poured most of the bottle down the drain and didn’t bother to enter a rating, but now I’ve seen it a second time and refused to buy it again, so here you go.

thegreenrooster (4633) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - DEC 30, 2017
Pour is a ultra light yellow with a large white head. Aroma is at first a little burning thanks to the green bottle. After letting is sit for awhile I do pick up some honey. Flavor is a dry malt and ever so slight honey sweetness. There is no date on the bottle but I'm sure this is old. Bet even having a fresh bottle, this would probably do nothing for me. It is very watery and no where near as flavorful as it could have been.

Just average. Not bad not very good. I liked the mouth feel but the beer grew a bit sickening to me. Weird bitterness. Not a lot of complex flavors. Wouldn't buy again.

UPDATED: OCT 22, 2017 Bottle, 75cL. 4.7%. Purchase ("saveur-biere.com", FR). @Naintre, shared with my parents. A pale yellow light opaque beer with a big white foamy (omelet-like) head ; good retention ; ok lacing. Fruits (citrus, lime), herb, light resin, floral note. Medium to sharp dry bitter refreshing, sweet note. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation, floral dry lasting bitter finish. Overall, great ! Nice hoppy character. Not a classic bière de garde...

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a huge, creamy white head over an unclear yellow-golden body with floaties. Fruity, saison-ish aroma with a peppery touch, some grass and pine cones, herbs and a light malty touch. Biscuity, fruity taste in the back, with grass, herbs, pine cones and some yeast. Full body and a rather heavy carbonation. Quite dry. Lasting fruity finish. A tasteful and refreshing beer indeed. 171006

Bottle at home, golden/yellow beer, Aroma is citrus, herbs, yeast. Taste is the same, with lemon. bitter and somewhat tart. Too bad the aroma has some sewage like aroma in it.

xhophead (24) - Boca Raton, Florida, USA - APR 28, 2017
Pours pale straw, minimal head. Mineral, lemon and grass on the nose. Sour, dry, palate matches nose. A bit of a bitter finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Palme (4857) - Bergen, NORWAY - MAR 18, 2017
Corked 0.75l bottle. This one pours a mild cloudy straw golden colored body with a nice big slowly fading whiteish head on the top. It smells really good. Super light fresh and lemony sour. Like smelling a good sitronfromasj. Small green gooseberries, some white wine. A really delicious and complex aroma with lots of small things going on. It’s really watery in the mouth, unfortunately and it’s high on the carbonation. Doesn’t taste as much or interesting as it smells. Thin citrus, soft honey floral tones in the back. A little soapy almost. Not bad, but I had hoped for a little more flavor based on that really nice aroma. 18.03.2017

Neurook (10) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 17, 2017
Fresh, lemony, herbal and slightly floral/aquatic aroma. Incredibly light in color. Hazy, but not opaque. Big head with good retention. A little lacing. Fruity, but clean flavor. Sorachi Ace forward, with hay/pepper from the yeast adding complexity. Subtle honeyed sweetness in the background. Bitter without being astringent. Somewhat tart. Very refreshing. High carbonation helps give the beer some mouthfeel and it avoid being watery. Very dry and snappy finish, followed by a surprising sensation of having bit into a marshmallow. Very nice.

tmrmwel (2314) - Bergen, NORWAY - DEC 26, 2016
Bottle. Pours slightly hazy, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart, wooden yeast, with hay, floral brett and honey. Light body, with soft to medium carbonation. Flavour is tart wooden yeast, with hay, floral notes.

Clareeses (191) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - NOV 29, 2016
UPDATED: NOV 29, 2016 Skunky aroma, moderate carbonation. Very pale yellow appearance, light citrusy taste. Very difficult to get over that dirty, musty aroma though, you’ve got to like that skunkiness to get through a full pour.
