3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
June 2008: Bottle pours cloudy amber with a fluffy white head. Nose is full of fruity banana yeast esters and some spicy, peppery fruit. Slightly sweet, very effervescent, bubbly, light, pillowy on the palate, then turning more sharp.
August 2014: Bottle best by May 2016, guessing May 2014 bottling. Phenolic dried lemon peel, airy perfume, lightly kilned pale malt... joyous aroma, rich, rustic, floral / lemon-y as Styrian Goldings tend to be, though the yeast is just a hair soapy. Enjoyably dry, medium body, light grip of acid in the mouth, medium to low bitterness.
UPDATED: NOV 5, 2017 Slightly hazy. Light straw yellow. Bubbly head. Faint grass aroma. Taste is grass and lemon with a good amount of spicy yeast. tlyx (103) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - OCT 29, 2017

Pours clear yellow, with small amount of foam. A bit watery, high carbonation, kinda pilsner-ish, with a bitter finish.
Quite special, but not something I would choose again. PicottoBeer (4) - TAIWAN - SEP 30, 2017 does not count

First time rating a beer here, i am definitely and amateur and my knowledge of brewing techniques is almost non existent, so purely a subjective opinion about personal taste.
Light body, golden color, thin feel.
Its a nice refreshing beer with a good after taste of yeast, but also more of an aftertaste of alcohol than what I prefer.
Unless people has a dislike of unfiltered beers, then this is a beer almost anybody would be able to drink. Good for spring time and summer.

Big head, some lacing. Aroma and taste fresh malts, wheat, yeast and hops all well balanced ( maybe a bit too much wheat though ). Some dryness. Good saison. Navers (219) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JUL 15, 2017
