Smell is ok, perhaps a little licorice. Looks like cloudy iced tea. Taste is big malty medium alky blast. I think I detect a slight tartness in there but not enough to overcome the malty backlash. Yes, quite a taste. Difficult for a lager lover to find any appriciative trifles.

Smell of sweet caramel very disappointed thinking more flavor but a hint of sweetness that's it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Slightly over average amber. Very drinkable. Nice red-orange color. Sweet smell. Taste is very sweet as well. Doesn't have a huge amount of taste, but nice. Ends well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Solid Amber ale, one of the better ones I’ve had. More prominent in malt flavor but very light and smooth. Good beach beer, light but flavorful.

Pours a clear ruby amber with a off-white head and some lacing. Aroma and Taste of Caramel malt, yeast, with some fruity notes and moderate hops. Palate is a light to medium body with mild carbonation. Finish is caramel malt, yeast with some light hops and a bit of lingering nutty flavor. Aroma and taste seem a bit light and quickly dissipates. Overall an ok drinkable brew nothing outstanding about this ale.

Deep amber, almost russet in colour with a good thick creamy head that clings to the sides of the glass. Smells distinctly caramel, redwood bark and... hmm. It’s difficult to pin point scents beyond candy sugar and golden syrup. Maple? Flavour strongly of the afore mentioned aromas. Cool, sweetish and only the subtlest of bitterness. Not an absolutely memorable ale if I’m honest.
