Orange color with white head. Pine, citrus, and biscuity malt in aroma. Taste is very bitter. Some citrus peel and pine. Big hoppy finish. Somewhat harsh. ansermadide (1526) - Kyle, Texas, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Bold orange color, this has a bold hop aroma with a very pleasant doughy malt character. It’s very classy. The flavor is sweet, with hops of an almost indistinguishable variety. It’s spicy, full-bodied, and delivers a great hop bitterness and malt flavors, yet still somewhat thin-palated... sorta. Rrauth (1196) - North Carolina, USA - AUG 10, 2013
Bottle. Glowing orange color with typical nice head. Wet hop flavors are present. Gritty powerful DIPA. a palate wrecker for sure. uhclem (431) - Loveland, Colorado, USA - AUG 10, 2013
Nice hazy orange pour with an off-white head. Nose is primarily pine, citrus and malt, with fruity undertones. Taste is a melange - pine at the tip of the tongue, grass in the middle and malt at the end. There is a presence of alcohol throughout, but it is mostly controlled. Finish is subtle at first, but grows slowly into a cascade of hops that goes on and on. The alcohol is not as well-hidden as it is in some other DIPA’s, but in this case that is not a bad thing.

Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape, grass, hop pellets and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and medium to heavy bitter with a long warm, bitter, grassy and fruity finish. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
On tap at the brewery. Pours amber with an off white head. Aroma of cheesy hops, some pungent notes, peach and citrus. Flavor is sweet and bitter with some pungent hops , peach and caramel. Medium body, average carbonation. yngwie (17284) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 7, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Cute light beige curtains, dense finger thick head. Lots of resiny, piney hops on the nose, quite sweetish. Sweet on the palate too, but with all this hops it needs sweetness. Full body, smooth on the palate. Doesn’t feel as bitter as the 144 IBU should indicate. A bit over the top, but nice. 130807 fiulijn (21506) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 6, 2013

Hazy amber color with small sized compact head. The aroma is initially earthy, followed by quick hop resins, then some cheese and metal. Good body strength, still it has a good drinkability for this gravity; caramel and toffee flavor, moderately sweet, with very strong bitterness; the hop is very resiny but also still fruity.
Not extra fresh, but very enjoyable.
