Bottled (backlog). Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some nectar and mild tropical fruity sweetness as well. Flavour is quite similar, but also has a nice sweetish malty body to it and a bit of alcohol giving it a kick too. Actually very smooth, yet quite "extreme" in a quite mellow way.

Best before Apr 2014
Hazy amber color with small sized compact head. The aroma is initially earthy, followed by quick hop resins, then some cheese and metal. Good body strength, still it has a good drinkability for this gravity; caramel and toffee flavor, moderately sweet, with very strong bitterness; the hop is very resiny but also still fruity.
Not extra fresh, but very enjoyable.

Bottle at Akkurat. Thanks to omhper. Somewhat hazy golden beer with a small offwhite head. Malty fruity aroma, hoppy, citrus, some onion notes. Fruity flavor, caramel, sweetish, hay, some floral notes. Not that good...

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy dark orange with a medium off-white head. Aroma brings out resinous hops, caramel malts, and residual sugars. Flavour brings out resinous hops, caramel, and residual sugars - only a slight wine barrel quality to this. The 144 IBUs isn’t that revealing, as the barrels take away some of the barrels. Quite well-balanced, with the wine barrel aging taking away any residual sweetness, but also taking away much of the bitterness. Solid stuff.

yngwie (17049) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 7, 2013
On tap at the brewpub. Cute light beige curtains, dense finger thick head. Lots of resiny, piney hops on the nose, quite sweetish. Sweet on the palate too, but with all this hops it needs sweetness. Full body, smooth on the palate. Doesn’t feel as bitter as the 144 IBU should indicate. A bit over the top, but nice. 130807
