I agree with what the brewers say about this beer: nice noble (Saaz?) hop presence in a refreshing lager. A bit maltier than typical of the style, perhaps, but that plays to my taste. This tasty brew is above average, at least.

Tap - small foamy head, pale straw color, mild balanced aroma and flavor, crackery malt and earthy hops, crisp finish, ok overall

Draft. Cloudy yellow color. Thin head. Aroma of lemongrass. Flavor starts as indistinguishable bitterness, then blossoms as tart lemon before a quick, crackery dissolve. Really nice. MarkSachon (1009) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 15, 2016
Draft at the Warwick Hotel in San Francisco. An okay pilsner, really nothing to write home about but pretty good, especially on a hot day in California. Theydon_Bois (19198) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAR 24, 2016

Draft at the brewery, served in a flight. Pours a clear super pale gold with a white head that laces the glass and forms a little cap atop the liquid. Notes of straw, bready and crackery malts, faint lemon, light grass, and florals. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a soft, malty mouthfeel. Very light and kinda bland.

Draft at the source. Pours clear, pale yellow, effervescent, with a creamy white head. The nose has biscuits, hay, light cereal. Light sweet flavor, more biscuits, light ashy minerals. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly drying on the finish with some bitter hay, crispy cereal. So so.
