Thin head on a clear, medium straw colored body.
Smells of fruit: apple and pear mostly and a little honey.
Taste starts with a little sweet note, then dry bitterness... the middle and end are watery and bland. Starts out okay and then runs out of flavor halfway through.
Crisp texture, low carbonation and medium body.
The taste was a real disappointment, the rest of it was average.

Pours a clear, rather wan solar yellow with a thick, if not too persistent, white head. Wheaty aroma is none too strong and has a hint of yeast. Flavor has a malty core and wheaty and yeasty notes, plus a hint of fruit. Smooth texture has typical body and fizz, leaving a tingle that is persistent if not strong. Though not the best wheat I’ve had, give it a try if this is your favorite style. rbrazell (1698) - Florida, USA - NOV 10, 2012
Draft at Fermentation. Hazy pale yellow pour with a small white head. Nose is wheat grains with a hint of citrus, no ginger detected. Flavor is wheat graininess, starchy, light citrus and very subtle ginger in the end. Meh, nothing too great. bhensonb (15235) - Woodland, California, USA - OCT 28, 2012

Bomber from the Coop in Davis, CA. Dark golden color with a fizzy/frothy white head that didn’t stay very long. Aroma is strongly grassy over grain. Near medium body with frothy little bubbles. Flavor is grain with something like saaz. Slight touch of fruit. There seem to be pepper bits. It is astringent. My mouth wants to pucker. This is a slick product. There is no down side, except it’s a wheat beer. I wonder if this is being produced at the former sake brewery at HiWays 12 and 29?* And if so, are they using those brewers? These ales seem as well crafted as Budweiser. Not to say I’m recommending Bud, but AB does have the craft down pat. These guys seem to too.

Appearance: fresh breads with orange highlights under a solid white head. Hazy. Swirls with lots of foam.

Nose: spicy breads. Cracked wheat – crispy crunchy and peppery. Saltines. Orange musk. Dried tangerines and peaches.
Palate: touch funky with sour staining the edges. Wheat bread, wheat crackers, and wheat sourdough. Chewy and bready. Of the harvest.
Final Thoughts: alright but did not dig the slight sour tang which detracted from the simple yet filling whole wheat breads and plump juicy oranges.
...slight wheat aroma. Thin. Highy carbonated. Tastes like cider. Tart finish. Weak wheat. No wheat flavor. Jimthechap (2064) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 31, 2012
Lustrous hazy gold colour with plenty of carbonation, small pieces of sediment floating in the brew and a white head that took a bit of time to subside. Aromas of ginger and lemongrass, eminently spicy and quite enticing. Undertones of sweetish malt aroma. The flavour is a little underwhelming considering the aroma. Thinnish with loads of carbonation. Quite juicy but not a lot of substance. Good lawnmower beer though. queenholly (3623) - South Whitley, Indiana, USA - MAY 9, 2012
Bottle. Metallic and diacetyl aroma. Very tart. If there was any type of wheat flavor, it was overpowered by the tartness. Light body, very heavy carbonation. Between the heavy tartness and carbonation, there wasn’t really much flavor, just a lot of tongue zap going on.
