Aroma: The nose is fairly weak, with some subtle notes of lemon, grain, and wheat
Appearance: This one pours a mostly clear orange color with a fizzy white head and no lace
Flavor: Tastes medium sweet, citrus and wheat flavors, some graininess, and minimal hop presence
Palate: The body is light, and it is watery and fairly dull on the mouth, and it has an overly fizzy carbonation
I wasn’t too impressed here. This is not a very good example of the style. This was a fairly poor wheat beer with an unexciting flavor, minimal depth, and too much carbonation. That’s pretty much the gist here.
this ale had a clear pale yellow pour and made a one finger or more white creamy head, effervescence was medium or less, left some fingers and partials rings on the sides of the glass, there was a thin film on the bottom of the bottle,
the aromas were wheat grain with light fruit citrus that had hints of lemon with faint fruit and bread sweetness in the background,
the flavors were grainy wheat, a little lemon citrus, and light bread,
the mouth feel was a little less than medium with medium carbonation,
a nice wheat beer, it was better than what I expecting.

Cloudy yellow, loose white head. Smells oddly sour. Tastes oddly sour, too. Is this intentional? I get a little bit of traditional wheat characteristics, but a lot more sourness than I was expecting. Weird. RobertDale (6755) - Lansing, Kansas, USA - OCT 28, 2011
Sample at KC Beerfest 10-22. Comes a clear gold with a small white head. Aroma of malt, grain, citrus and spices. Taste is sweet malt, citrus and spices. Decent. jmagnus87 (2912) - Rockford, Illinois, USA - OCT 20, 2011
12oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a lightly cloudy straw yellow with minimal white head. Very light aroma of wheat and ginger. Slight hops. Mostly funk. Taste is lightly sweet. Very slight wheat taste. Again, mostly funk. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation and almost zero finish. Overall, not very good. Would be a good lawnmower beer but not at 9 bucks per 4 pack. I won’t be buying this again.

a not so great attempt, with lots of lemon rind character. at first i thought maybe it was perle hops in the aroma, but the taste is very lemony. the hops are a bit rough too, maybe with the minerality of the water. might work well with certain sushi or seafood appetizers, but not my kind of sessional drinking beer. wedgie9 (2702) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 9, 2011
Tasted on 10/8/11 from a 12oz bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with a thick and pillowy pure white head that slowly recedes to bubbly lace. The nose is bitter, herbal noble hops, with a spicy yeast character. The flavor is wheaty up front, with a ton of herbal bitter hops, and the same spicy character that I got from the nose. The body is light with lively carbonation, and a long, herbal, spicy, and bitter finish. Fratto (2845) - Arlington, Texas, USA - OCT 1, 2011
Bottle from Cavie. Light pour with a white head. Aroma is a little spicy and light banana. Taste is kinda floral, a little spice, and more banana. Gym socks finish. Cavie (4769) - Arlington, Texas, USA - OCT 1, 2011
Bottle from Central Market. Pours a clear golden color with a light white head. Has kind of a wheaty smell with a powdered sugar nose. Different. Flavor was dry, wheaty and sweet grains. Easy finish. patrick767 (4095) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 24, 2011
bottle - Pours lightly hazy gold with a very small white head and an aroma of spicy yeast and wheat. It tastes light and sweet with a touch of citrus. There’s a slight hint of citrus and a little bitterness in the finish. Okay brew.
