Light yellow and crystal clear with tons of carbonation. Aroma is mostly of fresh straw and a touch of citrus. Distant taste of bread and not much of a traditional wheat beer taste. Not a lot of "taste" is there actually - it’s a fairly light wheat beer. drowland (8676) - Georgia, USA - AUG 28, 2011
8/28/11. 12oz bottle. Barely cloudy light orange pour with floating chunks and a small khaki head that fades. Very plain and light aroma that hints at lemon peel. Very plain grainy flavor with a weird herbal aspect, almost like Italian food, with a touch of lemon peel. This is almost like a horrible saison for some reason. No. kinda a different wheat beer. sraw pour. much carbonation/fizziness and some citrus in the flavor. slight funk at end; funk not needed. move along; nothing to see here. degbert (1773) - Austin, Texas, USA - JUL 31, 2011
TPSA. Color is a dark amber -- very clear, it is apparently filtered. (Overfiltered.) There is a slight, fruity nose to it, but nothing like a hefe or some other strong wheat beer; there is some spice on the nose, courtesy of a little ginger added. Ginger on the tongue as well, hops bitterness, and very dry -- no sweetness at all, which is fine. It’s all right, but nothing really says ’wheat beer’ to me. dfinney23 (3269) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUL 23, 2011
Pours slightly hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma and taste include the expected wheat citrus plus clove and ginger.

Agreeable summer drink. Slightly hazy golden color, mild head that quickly dissipates. No lacing. Taste is a one-shot of clean mildly "citrussy" light grain. Weak hops in the finish. Nothing wrong, but not much right. nick76 (4399) - Tampa, Florida, USA - JUL 16, 2011
The aroma is nothing special with only a touch of sour dough wheat and hops. The appearance is pale gold with a small head. The taste is not like the aroma, it’s better. The taste is like sweet herb bread with no astringency just strait forward and one dimensional. The palate is thin. Overall a really odd beer with not much going for it except where it counts the taste. PorterPounder (7961) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JUL 16, 2011
Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Liquors - 12 oz bottle. Dark golden, sparkling pour with a soft white head. Aroma has some bubble gum accents, trace of esters, but overall reminds me of a slightly stale malt liquor. Flavor has a hint of cloves, some buttery notes, a trace of bubble gum. Smooth mouthfeel Overall, decent. Aurelius (5332) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - JUL 15, 2011
Very nice label, that should be on a wine bottle. Slightly foggy, light golden beer, a floofy head. A fresh, light malty aroma. ’Special Ingredients’ in the commercial description obviously mean ginger. Lightly salty, a bit tangy, lightly sweet. Medium light body. Decent enough, and it *would* go well with a nice pork chop. ABC Likkas, Betton. legion242 (2348) - Richardson, Texas, USA - JUL 11, 2011
Poured a clear off-gold colour with a sustained head. Very astringent across the palate to an off-putting effect.
