12oz bottle. Golden color, thin white head. Aroma of wheat malt and crisp cider. Flavor is simple consisting of citrus and ginger. Well balanced. Mostly a presence of fruit over traditional Wheat Ale flavors.

Poured a slightly hazy yellow with a medium sized white head. Aroma is kinda funky with oranges, lemons, and wheat. The wheat is very noticeable in the aroma which is nice. Almost like sourdough bread. Taste is crisp with some interesting wheat flavors at first. Finish is a little tart with lemon and some skunk. Lots of clove and spices in the finish as well. Overall pretty interesting and refreshing. weihenweizen (3831) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - APR 3, 2011
Refrigerated bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours slightly hazy yellow with big bright white head. Not much aroma, some lacing, and extremely high carbonation. Taste is sour wheat and light ginger.

Colour is a blend of copper and gold. Reminiscent of a dunkelweise. Palate is soft and lush. Creamy even. Near full. For 4.x% abv it does have a tinge more alcohol taste than I expected. dwissm1 (22) - Maryland, USA - MAR 23, 2011
Not bad attempt at wheat beer but had that offensive sourness or over-wheaty flavor that bad wheats have. Carbonation was a bit strong and just not good wheat beer. It’s not awful., but at the price, it’s not worth it. Zymurgeist2 (2246) - Redwood City, California, USA - MAR 9, 2011
On tap at California Cafe. Pours a golden pale with slight wheat haze. Head is white and leaves a collar. Aroma of wheat with some nice spice. The thin mouthfeel gives way to wheat and the spice is still there. The spice is generally nice, but as the late flavor coats the mouth there is an unpleasant hop bite. Not a bad offering for a wheat. weitz15 (585) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAR 2, 2011
Standard wheat beer here. Yellow pour, some citrus some wheat. I’d say it is as refreshing as you would expect a wheat beer to be. ROGUE (2215) - Lewes, Delaware, USA - FEB 25, 2011
12oz bottle. Pours a clear goldenorange color with a small white head. Grainy sweet aromas are mixed with spicy ginger and citrus. Taste of wheat, hay, light spices. Overall, very light flavor. Not much going on. Mouthfeel is crisp, medium to light bodied
