Pours golden with a mostly receding off-white head. Notes of pale malt, biscuit, cookie, light herbs, lemongrass, chamomile, pear. Medium bodied, lightly sticky with lively carbonation. Interesting take on the style, malt forward and spicy. SrSilliGose (3331) - pouring bus, New Brunswick, CANADA - SEP 12, 2010
pours a hazed golden with a small white head.
aroma of bready lemons, some musty soap. light corn starchy note to it.
flavor is light lemon grass and faded wheat.
light, refreshing. but seemed a bit off. some soapy character i didn’t care for. BBB63 (6557) - La Porte, Indiana, USA - SEP 3, 2010
12 oz bottle with a pretty label and served in my Ayinger glass: Clean golden filtered hue topped by a fizzy head and spotty lace. The aroma has notes of banana and bubblegum, very sparse clove, wheat and pale malts, with a noticeable plastic off-tone. The taste is quite pedestrian to say the least, some light lemony twang, wheat husks and grainy earthiness. Sadly there is also a distinct minerally and soapy overtone that is not appropriate in this style of beer. Whatever that "special ingredient" is, it sure does not work. The mouth feel is vastly over carbonated and fizzy, watery and with it’s lack of complexity and crispness, it is not very refreshing either. A wheat beer for people who do not like beer... who put a pale lager in my wheat ale? troyc (2869) - Illinois, USA - AUG 19, 2010
[Bottle] Pours a yellow color with a slight haze and a small white head. Notes of wheat and citrus in the aroma. The flavor profile is quite muted. Wheat malts, cereal, citrus, esters and light spices throughout. Watery to say the least. Not to say this is an bad beer, but it is pretty damn boring and bland. alexanderj (3605) - Branson, Missouri, USA - APR 29, 2010
Bottle; poured a clear pale gold/yellow with an average white head. Aroma of wheat, lemon, yeast and a bit of funky must. Flavor was pretty mellow with some wheat and lemon. Forgettable.

Definitely a little odd and unexpected. Nose is dominated by ginger bread with some sweetness, light wheat, and thats about it. Pours orange golden with a big creamy head and good retention and lace. The flavor is also full of ginger bread, soft wheat, light sweetness, a little orange, and a little earth. Medium to lively carbonation, smooth creamy body. Interesting. Had from bottle from Total Wine. Expected a standard wheat beer, got something completely different. Pours clear with very little head which dissipates to a small layer of white film. Good lacing, but very little carbonation. Utilizes a lager yeast which produces the clarity you’re not used to from a wheat beer. Also, just 1/2 wheat in the malt selection which really tones down the standard wheat flavors. Aroma is very weak, hints of spices and barely any wheat. Taste is watery, buttery, with hints of citrus and wheat. Tastes like almost nothing, very disappointed. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - APR 8, 2010

Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light yeasty, spicy, coriander, ginger, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
Bomber from BevMo Salinas. Nose of wheat with very light banana esters and honeycomb notes. Hazy yellow gold with a medium off white head. Flavor is light sweetness with some spiciness.
