Hazy yellow pour. Aroma is fruity. Some citrus and lemon. Not bad but nothing special. Cybercat (6155) - Georgia, USA - NOV 14, 2012
Pours a clear, rather wan solar yellow with a thick, if not too persistent, white head. Wheaty aroma is none too strong and has a hint of yeast. Flavor has a malty core and wheaty and yeasty notes, plus a hint of fruit. Smooth texture has typical body and fizz, leaving a tingle that is persistent if not strong. Though not the best wheat I’ve had, give it a try if this is your favorite style. Blairgus (4615) - California, USA - OCT 15, 2013
15 oct 2013, bottle. Yellow, clear, steady bubbles. Nose is straw malt, a tad yeasty, kind if harsh tea and yeast. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Carbonation lasts the entire time it is in your Maputo, obstructing the flavor. But that's not great anyway. Light caramel, sugary bread, faint yeast. Not very good.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet malty aroma with wheat and yeasty notes. Sweet yeasty flavour with malty and wheat notes. Finished sweet. ChainGangGuy (4930) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - DEC 29, 2010
12 ounce bottle - $2.49 at Hop City in Atlanta, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours a nearly clear, golden-orange body with a smallish, tepid, white head.
Smell: Weak whiffs of malted wheat, tart citrus fruits, and some stray ginger particles. Pretty plain all around.
Taste: Uber-light pale malts and a soft taste of wheat, faintly sweet, and with a light underlying tartness. A bit flat in the hop department, with only the merest hints of spicy and citrus. Very low bitterness. The ginger doesn’t add much, if any flavor, really, but does imparts a tiny bit of that characteristic ginger sting. Thinning, watery finish that goes beyond being simply clean.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation.
Drinkability: Surely being a light and refreshing wheat beer doesn’t also guarantee blandness. Surely?! And the ginger-- they added a flavoring agent and the beer still comes up way, waaayy short.

Not bad attempt at wheat beer but had that offensive sourness or over-wheaty flavor that bad wheats have. Carbonation was a bit strong and just not good wheat beer. It’s not awful., but at the price, it’s not worth it. SphinxTX (2878) - Mata Gorda, Texas, USA - JAN 23, 2012
bottle. Pours a clear gold with white fizzy head. Aroma has hints of citrus and faint grainy wheat, malt. Flavor is is much the same, very light. Watery mouthfeel with fizzy carb, almost seems to have hints of ginger....not a fan but wouldnt turn it down...very simple wheat brew. vvesside (256) - California, USA - MAR 11, 2013
I didn’t really like this. Had it with a pizza a couple weeks ago. Not a good wheat beer. bkurtz (1134) - LITHUANIA - SEP 24, 2014
Pours a hazy dark golden. with a small head. Has the taste of cider and wheat malts. Interesting, but not so pleasant and not for me. IrishBoy (4233) - Bakersfield, California, USA - JAN 31, 2010
Bomber from BevMo Salinas. Nose of wheat with very light banana esters and honeycomb notes. Hazy yellow gold with a medium off white head. Flavor is light sweetness with some spiciness.
