Bottle 33 cl. Pale. Aroma: some wild yeast with a hint of barnyard, a bit of hops. Taste: sweet begining, fruits, peach, pear, malt, dry finish, a little hop. Need more hops! Leighton (23695) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 22, 2015
Bottle at La Torre del Luppolo. Pours hazy orange-gold with a frothy white head. Lots of doughy wheat bread in the nose, Belgian yeast, candi sugar, tangerine. Medium sweet flavor with a light boozy edge, plenty of esters, nips of banana, candi sugar, doughy wheat, ripe citrus, hay. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Warming finish with flabby sweetness, more dough, sugar, faint bitterness, boozy heat. Pretty rough at the edges. PriorL (3068) - Gent, BELGIUM - APR 9, 2015

Beautiful hazy golden looks, firm but small head. Nose is cheese and all cheese, smells like Sorachi Ace and loads of yeast. Taste has cheese all over it, small hints of spices. Easy and well masked. But that cheese factor is overpowering for me. Vighals (4762) - Sørumsand, NORWAY - OCT 19, 2014
Lys gulbrun tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Sitrus og lett humle. Syrlig smak av grønne epler og noen søte toner mot karamell. Lite kullsyre. Bitter syrlig ettersmak. BrunoSanchez (190) - Fermo, ITALY - OCT 8, 2014
Opalescente saison luppolata con schiuma abbondante. Al naso sentori speziati intensi. In bocca corpo medio e ben equilibrata con lieve acidità. Finale pulito e gradevolmente amaro. Una new saison fatta alla perfezione. jinroh (2727) - ESTONIA - OCT 5, 2014
Nice golden, hazy. Small head. Aroma quite light, not too strong but shows this beer has spine. Taste feels spicy and a bit hot quite soon. This is probably where the beer got its name from - sassy redhead on the label or "wild lady" goes well with the character of this beer. Aftertaste is longer, lingering spiciness. shoulderbroken (4256) - Tokyo, JAPAN - OCT 4, 2014
Bottle, thanks Tim. Pineapple, saison graininess, spicy, lots of fruit. Bitterness. Yum.
