Bottle. I would have thought twice if it said "coconut" on the front label. Anyway. Pretty much black with a tan head that fades to a fat coat. Aroma of roast, mealy coconut, coffee. Smooth, not a whole lot bigger than medium bodied. Less dominated by coconit than the aroma and there’s some nice chocolate and vanilla as well as coffee, but overt alcohol is here and that’s what’s really putting the coconut back in the box and thinning out the body. It’s not really raw but it’s pretty hot. Quite bitter at the end. Flawed, still fun. jamesisalways (1) - - AUG 19, 2017 does not count

From a 330ml bottle on 17/8/2017. Pours dark brow with a small to medium head. Has a quite a powerful aroma of coconut, vanilla and booze. Totally full on flavour wise. Again heaps of coconut and vanilla (as noted by Allovate, it tastes like a shot of Maibu has been added), with lots of chocolate and some light caramel. It ends with a roasty, highly medicinal bitterness which throws it out balance wise for mine. Very boozy, and the 11% is no real surprise at all (mind you, I’d probably guess it was even bigger). Fairly light bodied for an impy with lowish carbonation. With a bit more subtlety and few less rough edges, this might be very good. At cellar temperature and into a snifter. Deepest ruby in the shallows and shimmering in the lights. Black otherwise with a tidy, tight, tannish foam that persists and leaves a thick lace. Weird mix of marzipan, clotted cream, unsalted butter and weirdly familiar Malibu™ - the bane of many a bad, tropical night’s drinking session. Whoooo, heat. It is hot! It is just like a shot of vodka in my Malibu™ Liqueur atop a quenelle of chocolate icecream. Syrup-thick and oily with the butter and clotted cream of the nose playing BIG also. Aggressively bitter, scorched coffee bean and cacao linger after the heat subsides. Needs a few years to chill me thinks. The body is bold and rounded and there is a lot to love about it. Low carbonation ensures it bends the lines between liqueur and ale. Not too sweet but definitely has a residual, sticky dessert feel to it. It drinks with ease for a boozy monster. Black color, beige head wtioh short duration. Aroma is roasty with notes of ripe dark fruit. Flavor is slightly sweet at the beginning, roasted and toasted malts, vanilla hints. Creamy and smooth on palate with light bitterness.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a Dark brown with a small tan head and an aroma with lots of coconut and smaller hints of sweet malts, vannilla, cocoa, roasted nuts, ripe fruits and maple syrup. The taste is medium to heavy sweet with a soft and creamy mouthfeel. Not bad, but the thing is I don’t like coconut....

Dark colour, brown medium head that fades soon, leaving a thin film.Irregular medium lace.
Aroma of coconut, chili, vanilla, dried fruits,chocolat, alcohol.
Medium body, creamy, carbonation it’s OK
Taste of coconut, chili, chocolate, vanilla,, whisky, dried fruits.
To my personal taste, maybe too much coconut, on the other side the hot feeling, chili, pepper is fantastic.

Color negro con capa de espuma marrón de tres dedos de grosor (retención decente, nunca llega a disiparse del todo). Carbonatación mínima. Mucho cuerpo, cremosa. Aroma a cacao, malta torrefacta, vainilla y alcohol. Bastante dulce en boca, con el cacao y el coco en primer plano, vainilla, dark fruits. Final donde aparece el amargor, acompañado de una dosis manejable de alcohol pero notable. Taste: bitter, balanced with light to moderate sweetness.
