Bright yellow. Very slightly opaque. Thin but dense head. Aroma is apricot and grass. Taste is fruity but also fairly acidic.

ALIBALI (2095) - Kiel, GERMANY - JUL 6, 2017
⚠😁 0.33/3€. Bottle from NAPARBCN.

Bottle 33cl. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Nose of mandarine, pineapple and some yeast. Pre-dominantly bitter taste with some fruit. Long bitter finish

Clear golden colour, small head with short retention, not much lace. Aroma of tropical fruits, resins, banana, apricots. Medium to full body, creamy palate, average carbonation. Taste of resins, tropical fruits, banana, caramel. Dry finish. Good.

Was closed to its best before date. Pours a yellow clean robe with a foamy white head. Smells of peach syrup, yeast, a hint of lemon and something else I usually find in belgian triple. Syrupy sweet and fruity attack. Medium body. Palate a bit metallic. Acidic and slightly bitter finish, not so hoppy. Closer to a belgian than an ipa, maybe due to the bb date. Not a big fan of belgians this day but quite well done.

Aroma: Banana and apricot from the yeast, black bread, herbal notes from the hops, peach. Yeast is upfront like in some triples ; Appearance: Pale yellow, clear, white non persistent minimal head ; Palate: Creamy full body, low carbonation, yeast persistence in the end, with herbal hoppy bitterness on the sides of the mouth. As far as Bipa go, this one is a really good one. It is the proud offspring of American IPAs and belgian triples. That, I do like.

Bottle enjoyed at Åserød. Pours unclear golden with a 2 inch creamy white head . Aroma of yellow fruits, apples, spicy yeast. Taste is spicy dry, smooth mouthfeel, enjoyable beer with a herbal dry twist at the long finish.

VDuquerroux (1685) - Airvault, Haut-Poitou, FRANCE - MAR 26, 2017
Bottle, 33cL. Home. A pale yellow light opaque beer ; big white head with good retention ; bubbly. Herb (+), citrus (lime), light biscuit, light medicine, stone. Medium dry bitter lasting refreshing, warming sweet note ; "very windy". Light to medium body, light to medium texture, good carbonation, citrus bitter lasting finish. Overall, delicious. When I tasted this one, this made me think of french beer "Train to Mars".
